BEST PLACE FOR BUDGETARIAN”
This is a good place to stay, very quiet and very comfortable plus it is near to everything, its within the town and near the beach, the room is clean, although it has a little smell when we first came in but its manageable, the veranda is a plus, plus our co host is very warm to us and very accomodating. it has free drinking water. Smooth transaction with the host, Definitely will come back here again!! And will recommend to my friends if they plan to go in el nido!! 💖

Exceptional”
The hosts were very kind enough to book us our van transfers. They even helped us find a place to stay since they don't have any available room at that time when we unexpectedly have to extend our stay There was no power within the area when we arrived here but the host were ready to provide us emergency light. Location is excellent, it's just walking distance from the "aplaya" or where the boats for tours are docked, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars.

Incompetent, worst customer service”
The place is nothing special, cheap and you get what you pay for, its ok if you want budget. However the owner/ manager was incompetent and got weird when we had a party of the neighbors in front of our room. He didn’t want to disturb them as he didn’t want to risk a fight with the neighbors. He didn’t even try to get information how long it will last and didn’t offer compensation.. the party lastet until 2 am ..we couldn’t sleep and he couldn’t care less. when i said we’re paying customers he said ok you can get your money back for the night and move out now and find a new place at 10pm. Nothing more to say, wouldn’t stay again

These guests are by far the worse we have ever encountered. I hope anyone reading their nonsense review look at our profile and see the type of host that we really are. First they say we did not offer compensation, but then says we did. Christian and girlfriend were smoking and drinking and disturbing our other guests who complained about them. When we ask them to please keep it down, they reacted as expected given that they were drunk and causing a lots of disturbance. We hope to never meet guests like this again and hope other accommodations avoid them as well to avoid all the problems this individuals bring.
