Great location but not keen on small cockroaches ”
Conveniently located near Kupang airport and a really nice Warung. Price reasonable and staff were very helpful. Had free shuttle to airport. The only thing that detract s from all the positives is the number of small cockroaches running around in the room.

A great location close to the airport and key locations in Kupang, a hotel that helped us accelerate an early check in and make the most of the rest of our stay. The policy of having a refillable lidded glass water jug and shared water dispenser in the hallway should be adopted widely. It was comfortable to have drinking water supplied this way, economising on use of plastic bottles. The breakfast lounge looked over a pool with a view to the sea also. Unlike some eating areas we had experienced on our trip, it was not over-cooled, one could sit and eat both inside or outside in pleasant palm leaf shade. The range of food was very good, including fresh boiled or poached eggs as well as the more ubiquitous fried scrambled or omelette versions. The room décor was very comfortable and practical, making for a very enjoyable Wi-Fi-reliable stay. It made us want to look out for more NEO hotels in other locations and we were glad we did.

Very kind and helpful staff. Convenient location for our visit purpose (close to the airport and to the University of Nusa Cendana). Clean and pleasant rooms with adequate amenities. Food and beverage are very good. Hotel has shuttle service to and from the airport which helps tremendously. Hotel also assists in getting local transportation which is rather costly but worth it if you need quick and easy transportation in and around the city of Kupang. In short: highly recommended.

It is located only 5 min to airport and the hotel provide free shuttle which is very helpful. Pool is good but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it. The only thing is the hotel is far from city center and even in the night it feels that we are in the middle of darkness :). Nearest supermarket is about 5 km from the hotel Overall I would stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Kupang

Beyond my expectation”
I arrived 10pm that day and the receptionist (who wear white wig, which I found it cute at some level) handle the check in in very efficient way. The food (room service) is very fast and good, too. I like the room, not so bright, but good light for work, clean and the view also good. I don't think I can put my finger for anything wrong with the room, service and food. This will be my first choice if I visit Kupang next time!

The hotel is placed in a good location in Kupang away from the caotic city center. It has a nice Swimming pool with nice couches. The service on the pool is quite nice, you can enjoy the sunset from the pool with a wide variety of different food and drinks. The room is welcoming, it is big enough for 2 people. The bed is confortable, the table is wide with a nice lamp. The TVs offers a variety of channels. The toilette is clean with a nice shower and hot water.

Nice location for a small city”
This Hotel gave me a good impression. Even if the city of Kupang may be small and far away from the big city, the service I found was up to standard with the best hotel I have been in Jakarta . The hotel have a nice Swimming pool, with very colourful couches with tables to enjoy the drinks. The room is nice, big, when we look outside there is a nice view. The tv has Indovision, with lots of English channels. The service in the room is quite efficient, the food is tasty and original. The toilette is clean with hairdryer and hot water.
