Enjoying a relaxed weekend in the countryside”

A cosy and cool (temperaturewise) room when it was rather hot outside. Very tidy. All basics were provided: well functioning shower, organized waste bins for different types of waste, neat toilet, washing machine was available to those who need it, dishwasher hidden behind a cupboard door in the kitchen, refrigerator, wifi. The bed was good to sleep in. Sheep, three dogs, birds behind the window - these nature sounds are part of the place. The bakery 900 m away fron the house was a good resting place on my countryside promenade. I enjoyed my weekend in the countryside after a week of quite a bit of socializing with lots of people.
If you are travelling with luggage the taxi from the Ede-Wageningen railway station costs about 20-25 euros. Be prepared to pay this. The hosts do provide good information about public transport not only in the website but also in the information table in the kitchen.

Great stay”

Comfortable room in a quiet house with a handy kitchenette area and a clean shower and toilet. Super helpful and friendly hosts and able to give plenty of information too as I needed to get a few bits in the town after arriving later than I thought I would. Ideal location set in a very quiet almost farmland area but within easy reach of the town so the best of both worlds. Would be happy to stay there again, it was idyllic having a pleasant walk in the evening.

Accomadation was quite little but very pleasure. Around the building are pastures with sheets, cows etc... We wanted to have calm and shy accommodation. And that was exactly what we wanted. The city with the shops is cca 5 km far from accommodation.

Relaxing stay on the Dutch farmland”

A comfortable guesthouse surrounded by quiet landscapes of the Dutch farmland. The shared kitchen was small but convenient. The room and shared bathroom and WC were clean. WiFi was very good.
Too far from the closest bus stop (Stadspoort), without any signs showing directions towards the hotel or other landmarks. Google Maps shows directions incorrectly and it's easy to get lost on the road interchange near the Stadspoort stop. Placing a few signs at this stop and along the way is highly recommended.

Superb”

Neyen Greve is located in the village, so a car is rather needed to get there. The area is peaceful and beautiful. Guests have their own big parking. The furniture is modest but provides you with everything you might need: a bed, a table, a sofa and even a sink in the room. The mattress is very comfortable.
The shower with a curtain instead of a shower cabin. The fee is a little too high, compared to standard, location, and the lack of breakfast. Some people can be afraid of the dog, that sometimes roams freely in the yard.

Thanks for taking care of us!”

We stayed for around 3 weeks which is an unusually longer period for a property like NeyenGreve. We liked the suburban setup - basically the property is surrounded with rich grasslands which made our stay refreshing. Shout out to our host Sophie for taking good care of us. She has two dogs which my daughter came to adore. And don't be bothered if they bark - the dogs are harmless and you'll be acquainted with them in no time. Watch out: The property doesn't have a cooking stove so you can't cook. However it does have refrigerator and microwave to heat up the food. You can order from outside while staying here. There is a bakery few hundred meters down the road which serves fresh bread and desserts.

Environnement agréable et calme ! chambre spacieuse ! bonne salle de bain ! Bonnes explications pour arriver au hameau en bus depuis la gare de Ede, puis par la piste cyclable au dessus de l'autoroute !
Un jour, en quittant le logement, il y'avait un chien dans la cour qui, heureusement ne m'a pas vu ! Ce n'est pas rassurant, il était peut être pas méchant, mais je ne le sais pas !

In der Buchung 80€ für 1. Übernachtung 2 Personen, auf Nachfrage ob wir ein Frühstück zubuchen können, wurde dies verneint , mit dem Hinweis einige Häuser weiter ist eine Bäckerei leider hat die Bäckerei Sonntags geschlossen . Somit gab es erst nach langem suchen mittags etwas zu essen .......... schade !!!!!
Mir hat das WLAN gefehlt, da häich mein Tablett nutzen können .
