    房間沒風景，冷氣很吵，給的棉被又很厚，睡得很不好，插座只有一個，很爛，早餐也不好吃，洗澡忽冷忽熱。”

    隔音不良，服務尚可，早餐選擇有限，訂了四人房，雖然是2張標準雙人床併在一起，但棉被太小，有跟櫃臺多要一床棉被，但櫃臺服務人員說我們每房只提供一床被子（雖然還是有給）除非必要，不然不會想再入住

    除了福安宮走路可到之外,沒什麼優點!”

    不知道是不是房間空太久,檯面上有一層若有似無的粉塵,赤腳走一走進浴室就一個黑腳印,洗手台有點設計不良易積水,冰箱悶在櫃子無法散熱打不冷,房內只有紙杯,喝水漱口很快軟掉不好用,早餐普普不必期待;好處是房客少,沒人會跟你搶投幣卡拉ok或麻將桌........

    過年期間入住，晚上的大衆池spa水是冷的，跟小姐在電話裡所說因為靠近四重溪所以有提供溫泉spa的落差很大……隔天早上早餐餐點很少，沒了也不補，或只補一點點……過年期間滿房是不是應該要多備點料才不會供不應求，一堆人沒東西吃，還有國外遊客因此跟老闆吵架……
