•Kindly turn-off the lights, the air conditioner, and other appliances when not in use. Same goes for the faucet and shower when done.
•Keep noise to a minimum as there are other occupants in the same floor. If you are with children, please make sure to have them behave properly.
•If something gets damaged during your stay, please inform the host immediately before you check out. Any damaged or missing items may be charged to you.
•Counter tops should be clean and organize at all times.
•You will be charged if you leave the house very dirty.
•Please do not lose your door key, a fine will be charged for missing key.
•Please be advise that I CANNOT answer your calls. However, you can message me anytime thru AGODA or Email.
•Please do the necessary CHANGES to your reservation at least two days prior to your check in date. (IF NEEDED)
NOTICE: PERSONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Japan will implement rules under Article 8, 36 of the housing accommodation business law, Article 7 of the enforcement regulation. Starting in 2018 all listings will have to be registered under the hotel law or a new law designed for sharing rooms and will have to collect Identity information. thus will ask you to send a copy of your passport/driver's license. Effective June 15, there will be a procedure wherein your photo will be taken once you’re inside the guesthouse. Further instructions will be provided prior to your check-in. In addition, we (Japan Hosts) have already received guidance and requests directly from the police authorities in Aichi Prefecture by installing and preserving above-mentioned identity confirmation materials, it's also for the hosts to verify identities of the guests for their own safety and convenience. No need for you to worry since all information will be confidential between the guests and the host. I would appreciate your understanding.
