Easy, efficient LIC stay”
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was small but clean and perfect for solo travel, and the location worked great for my weekend plans in Queens and Brooklyn. Access from Manhattan is easy as well. Would definitely stay at Nesva again.

Clean and great value”
The room isn't huge and just enough to get by, but it's clean and good value. It's only a couple of blocks from the subway station and there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Saw a few homeless begging for change but weren't pitching a tent all over the place. It was good for the money.

Delightful place with a tremendous view of Manhattan, complete with Roosevelt Island and Billionaire's Row. Even glimpses of The Empire State and Chrysler Buildings!

Nice small hotel to stay”
The hotel is nice. It is very close to Manhattan, just 25 min by metro and very close to metro stations. The staff is very helpful. The room is very small. we stayed in family room with one big and one smaller beds for 3 of us and it is really not place at all, but the balcony was. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide a breakfast, however, it is room for the breakfast, as well as tea, coffee and water are provided all day long. Also microwave exist. Also, place in the garden exist and you can stay there. You can leave also luggage if you need more time before your flight or train. I recommend this hotel for stay if the price is good.

Good value hotel”
Hotel is in a very convenient location being only 5 min walk to nearest subway stop. Although the hotel has no on site restaurant there are many within 15 min walk. rooms were clean and tidy and staff helpful. Hotel rate about half the price of something similar in Manhattan

Great hotel … but they haven’t returned my deposit ”
Nice clean place to stay but they ask you for a security deposit when you check in for incidentals?? Like what exactly I don’t know. Anyway, they say the security deposit will be returned the day you check out but it’s been a week almost and I got nothing back from them and I’ve been in touch. So, for my review I have to say 👎🏻

Good and cheap hotel but please fix WiFi”
Stay Double queen room for 4 nights - small for 3 but big and good bed , clean, high ceiling, Location : quiet area. Near subway 3 min.walk, go to time square by 20 min by subway. Facility : Very very bad free wifi , No breakfast and kettle due to Covid. Street parking. Service : very nice and helpful staff. 24 hr. Front desk. Cheap. Worth for money.

Dec 2022 7 Night Stay”
We stayed in a worn but clean room with a double bed and a twin bed. Mattresses were okay with good pillows. Bedsheets were mended in several spots. No drawers to store items, just shelves and racks. TV only had 9 channels, but wifi was good. Bathroom did not have a fan, and no windows to air out steam from shower; one could see some black mold along the bathroom light fixture. Room was very small, but we just needed a place to sleep. We weren't sure if the heater was working properly as it jumped up 10 degrees from the temperature, we set it to. Very good housekeeping when requested, and friendly helpful desk staff. Quiet and relatively safe neighborhood. Best part is the nearby and convenient subway station, just a short two block walk from the hotel. Would recommend as long as you don't have great expectations of this hotel.

The hotel staff was good, maintained clean and rooms were decent size. The hotel is very near to the subway train station and Train N takes you to Manhattan. Overall very decent in all aspects.

Mid week stay”
The hotel is very well located and offered us the perfect spot to get around Astoria and also excellently connected to Manhattan. The room was exactly as expected and advertised, well sized, nice view, perfectly clean, and very quiet (a wonderful surprise that there are only 5 rooms per floor making it a smaller and calm/quiet spot). Only issue was a small hiccup with check-in where there was an issue with the credit card machine not working requiring us to go get cash in the neighborhood, but by the time we were back they had fixed the problem and were very apologetic. Overall great time and a great spot, will for sure come back again

The hotel is excellent in terms of value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat, clean and have: - refridgerator - iron/ironing board - bath/shower (fine shower) - TV - alarm clock/radio - closet - safe - air conditioning In the general area you can use a microwave, coffee and tea are always available. At the back is a small place where you can sit. Several metro stations nearby; center easily accessible. Accessible from JFK via Airtrain and 1 subway. Unfortunately no breakfast available. We experienced a great stay, Our room (804) had a beautiful view of Manhattan.

Good - good price. - near public transportation but in Queen. - helpful staff. - refrigerator. Weak - Slow wifi - small room - street at night is very dark. - about safety , someone can knock your door. No keycard needed when you enter hotel or your floor.

Nesva is a safe hotel in a safe neighbourhood. All the staff of the hotel is very friendly! A few points for improvement are: - new curtains - maybe in future change carpet floor for wooden floor. - I will return to this hotel in the future, close (150 meters) to Dutch Kill metro station which takes you all the way to freedom tower - Do visit the pub at the corner called DK Public, friendly people, good food, happy hour from 15.00 til 17.00 or 18.00, i watched netherlands win from the USA here, such good atmosphere and laughs.
