My Review Title - Sir”
This place has the bones of a good hotel but it is let down by little things. Clunky light control panel, burnt and dirty carpets, terrible water pressure for the shower . . . The noise from the bar was a pain as was parking on the weekend. Breakfast was interesting. They tried Thai and Western and missed both. But it is what it is. Good value, comfortable and handy to everything. Why risk some of the other hotels in Ubon Ratchathani?

It’s a long way from bars, restaurants and places of interest but staff are happy to call a taxi. The taxis in Ubon are good, and don’t mind using the meter. There is a pub downstairs which employs a surprisingly high number of female staff. It is really a convention centre so really geared up for Thais, although the usual fried breakfast is available.

Great choice to stay here. A hotel driver waited for me at the aitport. Room service was always provided 24 hours. My room is very large with many fine pillows and pretty big TV. Breakfast was great, Thai and European styles. I will give 4 stars if the hotel provided a laundry bag, sandal, tea and coffee, and hair dryer. I went to bed late then music at the pool party (5th floor) did not disturb me. So not good for people who love to stay in a quiet place.

Very nice hotel, also architectally. Big rooms, nice swimmingpool. Breakfastbuffet was plentyful and excellent also when the hotel was not fully booked. The transfer from airport to hotel however did not work. Even though announced there was nobody there. Transfer from hotel to airport no problem however. All in all very good.

My Best Stay in Ubon”
I had a wonderful over-night stay. Arrived from Bangkok and greeted by the hotel representative to pick me up from the airport. An eight-minute walk from the hotel took me to a Tesco. The following day, I checked out in time for my bus trip to Pakse, Laos. The hotel offered me a free transfer to the bus station. I was so grateful for that.

First the + The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was big and clean Now the - First we booked the room with twin beds,on arrival we were told that the type of room we booked did not have twin beds. As the hotel had 3 months to tell us and didn't was very disappointing. Next the A/C only managed to lower the room temperature by about 3C despite being on continually for 7 days. Next the room had 3 x double L sockets, pair in the bathroom and two pairs in the bedroom. The pair in the bathroom did not work and I had to go and buy a razor and shaving cream.One of the pair in the bedroom had the TV plugged in and the second socket was so loose it produced blue flashes when the kettle was plugged in. The second pair didn't work at all and was so loose nothing would stay in anyway. Finally as a smoker I accept no smoking in the room,dinning room and reception but the hotel has also made the open air pool area no smoking as well. This is taking no smoking too far and for me cost the hotel money as I never bought food or drink by the pool. Finally would I stay there again and would I recommend to friends NO primary because of the electrical and A/C problems

The room should have been prepared prior to arriving. The aircon takes several hours to cool the large rooms. The maximum aircon setting did not work, so the mid speed setting took even longer to cool. April is the hottest month of the year at this location. Also, all of the setting controls (lights, aircon, etc...) are located on a small panel beside the bed. The staff neglected to tell us this when taking us to our room. We spent a few minutes getting frustrated because we couldn't find them. The front desk did not have anyone to speak English, so I was fortunate to have a Thai speaking wife to find out where the panel was located.

Big hotel with facilities and good location”
It was good we got a better price from agoda. We stay on the 5th floor which has a swimming pool and clean. The room is also big and come with big LCD Tv which is very nice and I can watch my movies through usb. The breakfast majority is asian food but have western breakfast as well. The place is surround by good facilities. Actual movie theater with newest movies. Bowling alley, small water park, snooker and couple small restaurants and a pub.

Rude unhelpful staff”
I found the staff rude unhelpful at the main desk. Swimming pool closed only booked it for my daughter to learn to swim. Told to go hotel across the way. Hotel asked for vouchers from my hotel so could swim for free but the Nevada staff had run out and didn't care. Told me use are swimming pool if not want to pay to which i said yours is closed she said yes and turned her back. Thai people checking in got a bellboy for there cases i didn't. My checking was 12 room not read till 12.35 but told had to check out myself on 12. Breakfast was bad. But checking desk staff just total rude never go again.

Jan. 26-27, 2016 one night stay”
My room on the seventh floor overlooked this pool--the figure is number 5 I am told. One minor problem the staff quickly fixed. Had six guests at breakfast, no problem and two tables put together. I appreciated the service.

Quiet, with older ambience”
For a reasonable rate received a very large corner suite. Pleasantly quiet (a somewhat rare commodity in Thailand). Although the furniture and fittings were tired looking, this did gave the hotel a cosy feel. My only negative comment is the dodgy state or curious absence of serviceable power points to recharge devices/phone etc.

Apart from having a nice view, we had a privillege to go directly up and down the pool which was fantastic for our child. The housekeeping and laundry staff members were efficient. The room was spacious, but needed a lamp at the living area.
