This hotel is un-stay able.
This hotel is un-stay able. It's dirty and dirty. Cannot describe the terrible condition. not even if they pay me. Even the water heater is not working n honestly needs repair. The hotel needs to be tear down n rebuild.

nice hotel but bad location”
The large bed and fridge in the room
the new chiangmai garden hotel, i don't think is so new but is still very nice, clean and comfortable. the people on reception are friendly and willing to assist but don't speak good english. the hotel is located about 10 minutes out of chiang mai, costs about one way for a tuk tuk to the old square/town. the hotel serves breakfast very early and it is packed up by 8:30/9:00am ... so if you want to sleep in you miss out on breakfast.

Not so new but the service is excellent”
Accomodating staff, buffet lunch in minimum amount, guests are safely guarded
They provided us everything we need from renting motorbike to giving us directions. The staff are excellent in service, the manager is really good. I liked my trip because i felt safe in that hotel. I was never ripped off with huge amount of money and their warm personality really made me feel satisfied.they don't have wifi in the third floor though. So if you wanna go check out this place, try getting fourth floor instead.

Staff good but only Thai language,
I booked 5 superior rooms but when I arrived I found I had been booked into what was 5 standard rooms, but now all rooms are considered superior even though no improvements have been made. I believe the hotel is under new management hence a change of name to the new*.*., They had a soft opening on 23 Dec just to open for high season. When I arrived the hotel pamphlet stated 70 std rooms 20 superior after I questioned it all 90 rooms were quoted as superior and the pamphlet was removed from sight. That said the staff were very friendly but hotel run down awaiting renovation should be a nice place in the future.

Out the way but great bang for your buck”
nice big rooms,
A great hotel if you want to stay somewhere a bit away from it at a great price. It's got a hotel feel about it and folks seem to go really out their way to help your stay. It's geared towards the Thai market and the lack of English throughout the staff is noticable but theyll do all they can for you. A/C is actually too cold and the shower was too hot but hell thats ok. Good for long term stays if youve done enough travelling.

Es gab nichts was an diesem Hotel gut war.
Vollkommen inakzeptabel. Ein Abend kein Wasser. Klima war zu kalt und nicht verstellbar. Keiner der Mitarbeiter konnte englisch und das Hotel bohnt keinerlei Möglichkeit an um in die Stadt zu kommen oder zum Airport. Lediglich überteuerte Taxis wurden gerufen.
