Guests with good etiquette, treating the apartment like their own home will be much appreciated. Beyond that, here are few important house rules :- - Deposit RM300 will be collected, will refund once check out if no loss or damage - No Smoking ( will be fine RM300 if smoking inside the house) - No Party / Event - No Durian - No Outdoor Shoes in the House - No pet allowed - No food or drink in the bedrooms - Do keep all the windows and doors closed when no one is in. - Please turn the voice volume low after 10:30PM - Light cook allowed, please clean up after every usage - For any smelly rubbish or left food, kindly please help to pack it properly by trash plastic, as put it to the refuse room beside lift. - Access Card and car park access card are to be kept soundly.In the unfortunate event of misplacement, a replacement fees of RM150 (per card) fee will be charges. - Car Park sticker is provided, if guest loss the sticker will penalty RM100 per pcs. - Much appreciated if the air-conditioning and other electrical appliances are turned off before leaving the apartment. We appreciate your kindness of doing this to preserve my lovely unit a clean space for my every dear future guest. Thank you !

3rd rooms without air-conditioning should be clearly specified to prevent confusion. Other than this, the check in process, unit cleanliness, facilities are amazing. Comfortable for short business stay.

Pros -clean ,tidy , comfortable Cons -The security deposit is too expensive which is rm300 -The smart lock was sucks. Received a wrong pin number which the owner has changed the pin number without inform the host -No extra bed given until i have to request it. Normally a homestay its a must to put the extra bed because you advertise that the house can stay up to 10 pax.
