Booked an room with 1 queen+1 single+1 sofa bed, end up getting only 1 queen+1 sofa bed without prior notice given. Tried contact owner saying the 1 queen+1 single+1 sofa bed room is only subject to availability.

requested for early checking in for paperwork only as we were at the mall to avoid later 3pm jam and true enough , it dragged . place not clean and tv cable just dangling and children could have trip n fall .

Place is good but contacts are complicated”
Place and stay are comfortable. Lots of eateries. However, the platform to contact the owner & staff are complicated. Number and email listed in the Confirmation page are all blurred out. Parking is not allowed while collecting keys and registration, told to park along the roadside, this is kind of hassle for guests. It would be good if can easing the key pick up process Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Pool is nice just the glass window needs to be cleaned. Room is nice and clean too. Got netflix and wifi is pretty good. The queen bed is a bit hard but pillows are soft. Facilities in the room are all working well but i wish that there’s a microwave. Overall it’s a nice stay and sure i would come again.

I received message from agent one day before that the room (design) I choose is not available and replace with another room design. Cleanliness is consider good just the sofa bed got some dirt spot,no toiletries (shampoo/ body shampoo) and some part of wallpaper already teared out and didn't fix it.

A night at Ekocheras”
Generally the stay is good as the place is clean and convenient. Shopping mall is just a few steps away from the lobby. However, we did not get the room we booked (1 queen + 1 single) and was provided with a substitute (1 queen + 1 additional mattress).
