Downside of staying at New Era is the poor location and accessibility by public transportation, as well as lots of mosquitoes. Otherwise a great holiday resort for relaxing en route to other attractions in Puli and Sun Moon Lake.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at the resort”

We enjoyed the lunch at the 雕之森樹屋餐廳 (Japanese Restaurant) even though the spread was actually a bit too much for us to finish. We ordered the NT$800 & NT$2000 set. The room was very clean and comfortable. They provided toiletries set too. But if you are quite particular about the type of tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, bath gel you use then it's best to bring your own. Room comes with 2 bottles of mineral water in the fridge. If that is insufficent, you can always purchase water at the resort's mini-mart or top up at the reception. Nothing fanciful, just very basic resort type accomodation. For the price that we have paid, we are not complaining. You can write to the resort to inquire about getting there and they will advice you promptly. My only gripe about the place is that there are black ants in the room that crawl in from the nature outside. Nothing much we can do really. One tip to share - if you are travelling there by the nantou bus, it is best to pack light. They is an uphill slope to climb and the roads aren't all that smooth so it is easier to just use a over-nighter or backpack rather than a luggage.

住宿環境簡單完善，早餐的景觀餐廳風景優美，很多雕刻藝術品可參觀，spa池很適合親子同遊，然而較不適合怕滑倒的長輩，建議住宿間仍應有浴缸設施為宜。

遊覽車多 隔音差 房間舊”

Spa當天checkin 就要去，因為退房是11點，但spa下午一點才開放。ktv房，棋藝室都在整修，完全沒使用到任何設施。在花園走走就回家了，不值得。

多元化渡假村”

我們一伙香港來的登山BACKPACKER, 留3曰2夜。。。 住多人團體獨立屋, 樓底好高, 空間足夠, 但只有一間浴室沒有抽氣 (唔敢大便 >.<), 戶外好多蚊及昆蟲唔可以開門 。。。 渡假村十分大, 環境十分舒服, 設施多元化, 有餐廳食物OK, 有手信店, 有十分大的室內泳池樂園 (一定要著泳衣, LOCKER 另費), 打發時間唔錯。

環境舒適的渡假村”

環境優美的渡假村， 舒適小木屋但浴室沒有浴廉，洗澡時水分會濺濕地板。有SPA，大致上各方面都好，但早餐比較不附合四星渡假村要求，早餐都是自助形式，但菜式大部分都沒有持續性保温，例如火腿，bacon都是凍的，唯一是電飯鍋是正常恆温。

푸리시내에서 가까운 곳에 위치해 있어 시내 버스로도 이용이 가능했습니다. 넓은 부지에 큰 공원과 많은 조형물, 미술관, 그리고 각종 꽃들과 곤충들.. 무엇보다 잘 갖춰진 스파시설과 오두막 분위기의 숙소는 아이가 너무도 좋아했습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 다만, 조식이 심하다 싶을 정도로 간소해서 음식을 가리지 않는 편인데도 먹을거리가 없었습니다. 그리고 근처에 곤충박물관이 있어 어린아이와 함께 둘러 보는것도 추천합니다.

度假村.我是第二次帶家庭來.感受上整體都比過去好. 房間整潔.設施增加,看的出經營者的用心. 早餐還可以.乾飯或稀飯為主.西式是吐司 . 溫泉部分可能因為有對外營業.非全是住房客使用. 所以這個系統跟飯店部服務風格迴異.
