I requested for a corner room to have a better view of the city but they told me they were unavailable. Upon check in, i was surprised that they did give me a corner room. Happy with my stay tho no bidet and toiletries were off.

It's very affordable”
It's very affordable and I like the interior of the room. However, no bidet in the toilet. The receptionist is not pleasing personality. I saw her having trouble with other customers. Overall it's a good stay since its accessible to many Carenderia. Budget friendly and just 10 mins away from IT Park. :)

The place is very strategic since it's a few minutes away from Ayala Cebu. There are various restos just outside the Inn. The staff were helpful and courteous. I am sure to stay here next time as well!

A diamond hidden from view”
I never knew about New Era but gave it a try. I liked it so much, I stood a second night. Only 2 blocks from Landers. Easy to get every where from New Era. Ill be back again.

Comfortable stay”
This place is not luxurious as other hotels. This hotel has been here for a very long time already. The facilities may be not up to date or new but your stay here will be comfortable to say the least. The staff were easy to talk to and are available 24/7. Very homey vibe which we enjoyed and the location is very accessible, near SM Cebu too. Only a short walk to the main road, where jeepneys and taxis are available. You can also use the Grab app. There's also a tapsilogan (eatery) close by and the hotel offers coupons for meals there.

Adequate hotel if you need to be in the area (such as VFS Visa centre)”
We chose this hotel as it was 7 minutes walk from the VFS Visa building where we went to process my wife's UK visa. The hotel was clean and good value for the money. They said they had a Coffee Bar, but it turned out to be a quite reasonable food bar, with the food cooked freshly for you for a reasonable price. However, unless you need to be in the area - as we did - it's not in a very nice location, and there were no decent restaurants nearby. There was one on the main road (Pope John Paul I think) but it was a "greasy spoon" in what it had to offer - the hotel food was far better. The area was a bit scary as it was a squatter area (though such areas are in between huge expensive condos in many Philippine cities), and the local menfolk looked a bit threatening as you walked the streets. I am sure there are many areas of Cebu that are fine, and if you use this hotel they have a nice minibus to take you on a tour of the local areas.

It was ok the room was small the aircon leaked and sounded like a jet plane taking off and you had to leave the hotel to go to a cafe for a breakfast that was ordinary at best.The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were excellent.I think you can find a better hotel in Cebu City for the price.

Booked the room while standing in the lobby of the hotel. The room was nice and affordable. Quite fit for the price. Also the animal print motif was quite a treat. Inclusive of breakfast. They give you a coupon for a meal at the corner eatery. Its a few minutes walk but you could always use the exercise
