Very nice and good breakfast”
Very good stay at Kaohsiung. Rooms are nice and clean with massive bed and good toilet. The breakfast was also good. Wel liked the environment at the hotel was very good and felt comfortable. Walking distance to love river and Formosa boulevard so it's very good!

Not Cyclist Friendly Hotel ”
No way to put your bicycle in your room eventhough had explained to the counter that we need to charge our gadgets for next day touring ....the staff not friendly at all. Highly not recommended for cyclists....

Excellent”
Room on the 8th floor was big and comfortable but wifi was very bad. However managed to get a router with NTD1,000 refundable deposit from front desk and wifi improved dramatically. Front desk very helpful and friendly although we can only speak basic Mandarin. Breakfast was above average with Taiwanese and simple Westen dishes. Although hotel advertised free parking, it had very limited lots and we had to leave the car to the valet to park in the basement using mechanical lift.

- receptionists are very polite and helpful in providing suggestions on where to visit and how to get to the different location. - hotel is near to liu he night market - hotel is walking distance to the train station and mrt station - room is clean - hotel has wireless access in room

overall it is a nice hotel but quick far from the mrt station, around fifteen minutes from the mrt station. around there got many shop lots,food court,convenience shop and massage centre. the hotel have a free wifi,the staff very nice and friendly.

Staff are helpful and friendly, but then again most people in Kaohsiung are friendly. Stayed in Business Suite, on the small side but enough space to move about. Clean and comfortable. Only complain is the air-conditioning is centalised and temperature cannot be controlled. Only the fan speed can be controlled. Even the vent cannot be adjusted. So I was basically freezing. Had to turn the AC off every now and then.

Phenomenal. Travelinf around Taiwan, showing my mom something of what the island is like. For the food and sights we wanted to get out of Kaohaiong, this hotel provided a great base camp. Their service attitude and value added facilities left us ready to go out and enjoy.

Clean Room, Friendly Staff”
Friendly team of staff form front desk to driver. Clean room with standard toiletries provided. Breakfast is good with local and simple wetern choices. Location is far from subway station, say 15 mins walk under hot sun is no joke. However taxi is not expensive and drivers are usually polite. There's a good beef noodles shop opp the hotel and a massage shop behind 7-11.

The best part of the hotel is its location. It is near the night market where you can find everything to eat. The breakfast is fair with limited choice but enough to fill the belly. It is good for a short stay in Kaohsiung anyway.
