Good location, clean room and lovely staff
Location
We were travel in group of 5 people, the room was clean and functional little bit small. Wifi only available in the hall way not in our room (Signal is too weak in our room because our room is located at the end of the hall way) Water is not so good but accepted. Staff was nice. He was waiting for us in front of the building even its midnight! Breakfast have to go to the cafe on the corner which nice and clean but only one coffee and one bakery per person. Staff at the cafe speak a bit of english but nice.

Clean but Noisy
Clean
This hotel should be classified to "B&B" not "Hotel"! The room is clean, but near the street, it is very noisy. The hotel location is far from the train station. Breakfast is included but not in the same building, you have to go to another place for the breakfast. Overall is good.

Very nice room and perfect for lovers!
great location
This hotel is not easy to find, as there is no signboard to be seen on the street where the hotel is. You will need to notice the door bells to see the hotel name. It is quite spooky to enter this hotel for the first time, and we were also very shocked to see the lift; so small and exposed, that can only fit 2 person and one luggage bag! Once we got in to the hotel on the 3rd floor, it was a different experience. Everything was very new and cozy. There is a map provided by the hotel, do take it as it will help you move around Rome. i would come back to this hotel again if i am coming here again!

not professional!
Location
the only advantage is the proximity to the terminal train station, where the train from/to fiumicino airport runs (takes 30 minutes, costs 15 euros ).... but there are several better hotels around. the new inn hotel occupies one floor in an old building and do not have 24 hours reception. the breakfast is "served" in a near bar and comes down to a croissant + coffee or a cappuccino. the hotel do not provide personal hygiene items. our room accommodates 2 people, but for 3, they had to put a cot whose mattress was buckled, making one sleep in a ramp. moreover, this provisional bed was placed in a narrow corner and beneath the window, so we could barely open the curtain and the window, making the room dark and stuffy, not to mention the inconvenience to walk around the room. in the pictures the rooms seem new, but our room hav many damaged points. the worst came when after checking out, we stored our bags in the hotel and told them that we will be back at 4pm and go straight to the airport .... well, when we got back there was nobody to open the ' hotel '! we desperatly seek help in other floors of the building, but neither knew of the existence of a hotel there .... here comes the 4:50 pm a man arrived calmly saying that he was a little late because he went elsewhere before.... conclusion: one of us missed the flight that day and the connection flight on the next day, which cost us 400 euro more on the trip .... luckily we were not in the same flight, so the damage would be tripled. not professional !!!

Convenient location but hard bed
convenient but quite
5 min walk to Stazione Termini. No hotel sign--need to look hard to find it on 3rd floor of large mansion. Room was large/quiet but lacking in facilities--no fridge/kettle/cups/phone/in-room safe nor drawers for clothing. Bathroom clean but no space for towels/toiletries. Staff was friendly but did not speak English and concierge not manned except morning. Worst was that the bed was so hard that we woke up in the night with bed pain. If not prepaid in full for 4 nights I would have checked out on the next day.

nice room
It's new
it's quite weird when first we arrived at the hotel because it's like a small flat and we have to press the bell from the outside of the gate. so the hotel is actually located at the 3rd floor if im not mistaken, and the condition of the room itself is excellent. neat and new. it's like going back to your own house. they give you coupon for breakfast, and you can have the breakfast at the cafe nearby. location of the hotel is good, near the station.

Hotel bien comunicado, limpio, servicio atento y a
