Overall the room is clean and cozy, facilities provided (Netflix, aircond, water heater) were well functioning. However, the pillows were having some yellow stains on it. Hopefully the pillows will be replaced. Will visit again in the future.

Place is alright but the host is terrible.”
I don't normally write a review but the host really need to learn some basic customer service. 1. No instructions were given after the booking was done, I had to search for the host number to contact him for the check-in details. Now this links to my second point 2. Secondly after I texted the host, no greetings or whatsoever to a paid customers, immediately asked for a deposit which doesn't give any clarification on whatsoever what is it for, please understand from a customer point of view that we already paid through agoda, you asking us for another payment or deposit will definetly sounds fishy, at least write it out clearly together with your greeting messages for customers to understand la, come on man. 3. Please work out on your reply. You're outright rude.

The location is strategic. Room is clean and comfy. However, there were no reception. So you have to self collect the key. The person that I was in contact gave wrong no to passcode. End up I have to wait for about 30 mins for check in. Not so customer friendly for the process. Apart from that, everything is good.

SCAMMER FOR DEPOSIT”
The facility is good, seriously no doubt. But hold on people, this host WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. After I checked out, they supposed to return my deposit within 24 hours but NO ACTION for a WEEK ALREADY! Already contacted the host but just seen my WhatsApp, block my call and ignore my WhatsApp call..seriously, Agoda should take action for this..I've seen so many complaints already for this issue..Agoda should have banned this host seriously..

Once check in they ask for RM120 deposit,then once check out i asked to return my deposit,he wont reply until 1 week.i chat with Agoda CS, then i found that they wont return the deposit due to breach of contract/smoke.Even they not stated in Agoda that will be a extra charge for smoke! i can accept that,it was a mistake.but why cant reply my WA!!explain abt this!so bad!!!!!terrible host!!!

Beware when you choose this apartment. The apartment itself is okay. But the owner is bad. They asked extra charges even after you've paid to Agoda for deposit and fee charges. My deposit was not refunded until 4 days. Poor management

Cant Check in At All ”
I dont understand, if there is a guest going to check in, can the property owner be ready to help? We were in the lobby at 3pm after the meeting, and we cant find the detail to check in. so i call the owner, message to him and even whatsapp to him. TIll now didnt get a single reply all. we were waiting for 1 1/2 hour and had to book another hotel which was far away from SCCC. I didnt manage to check in all and the money i paid is Non-refundable !! This is such a bad experience !!

The room was so old and broken, the projector unable use, don't even have a manual instructions how to use the projector. The staff who need me to contact at whatsapp was so lousy, you can't get a check in instructions without paying RM100 deposit and RM15 (service fee), may i know what do you service me? Just type a few word at whatsapp replying me and charge RM15 service fee? The deposit can't return me by the same day and need to return me by next day? I will prefer to choose another HOMESTAY and will never come back again. Bad experience.
