The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room facilities are in the good situation, very clean and convinient, especially nice view. We just take 3mins to city center by motobike, The terrace cofffee is very nice, fresh drinks and stunning sunset view.Totally value for money. I'm going back again with my family!

Best view with good service”
The staffs are very supportive, recommend a lot of good places. They like our friends. This is the 3rd time i come to Dalat and stay at this hotel ( 3 times with the same hotel ha ha) I love Dalat so no doubt I will comeback, and of course New life hotel will still be my choice 👍🏻 Thank you for good experience.

Beautiful room, very modern and luxury feel, staff were so polite and helpful, everywhere was extremely clean and modern, scooter rental directly from them so even though further out of town - easily accessible on bike and worth it for the amazing views over the city! Such good value for money and would highly recommend :)

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was very good for the price point. I think this place deserves to be successful. A couple of km out of town which was ok for us because we enjoy walking but non-walkers would require a taxi.

All facilities are clean and the attitude of the staff is very good. The staff helping with parking are very friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast is local style, so I had very little to eat.

We had a great stay at New Life Hotel, they have a decent breakfast buffet, however, we preferred to try Da Lat local delicacies. Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing hospitality. Location wise so close to the bus station making it ideal for bus travellers, however, over 2kms away from the city centre and night market. This was not an issue for us as we rented a bike. We actually enjoyed staying a little away from all the hustle to enjoy the calm city. Loved the view from our room too. Would definitely come back again.

Nice view hotel, delicious breakfast”
Nice city view hotel, location is also close to the center. The breakfast is delicious and changed every day. Nice view coffee shop too. I will recommend it to friends and relatives if necessary. What is not very satisfactory and I hope the hotel needs to improve is the soundproofing. I booked two superior family rooms, but one had a much smaller area. The receptionist is not very friendly and enthusiastic while the restaurant staff is more enthusiastic.

Nice and clean hotel. But the morning buffet is not a good experience. The food is stone cold and dining room is not spacious enough to accommodate guests.
