A rare gem in Saigon”
We arrived at 2am and there was a staff member waiting at the entrance door for us. Check in took less than 3 minutes. The elevator was only a few steps away from the check in counter. Our room was huge! Comfy bed, large bathroom, hot shower, big TV with a few channels in English, bottled water, refrigerator, hot water kettle, tea, coffee, foam bath soap, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap, remote controlled AC, smoke detector, plenty of electric outlets to charge our gadgets. The free breakfast included in our advanced booking was superb! Six different meal choices were available and four different drink options. The meal portions were more than adequate and extremely delicious. If I am able to visit Vietnam again, New Life Hotel will be my choice for a great stay.

Fantastic stay”
Excellent hotel. Clean and good service. I stayed in room 304 deluxe room for 9 days. Had zero problem. Breakfast is delicious, and enough to fill you up. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

A good hotel away from the tourist area.”
Nice large room and bed . Staff pleasant ,some have limited English but enough to answer most requests. It is a business type hotel . Good restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the lane. A couple of minor things Breakfast is ok but could have more selections and include a fruit plate as most other hotels do . Also the toilet cistern leaked on the floor of the bath room. The hotel also serves meals but we eat out at local restaurants for lunch and dinner . Over all a pleasant stay and the ladies serving the food were charming.

I was expecting a discount or at least pay same rate as i paid before-knowing that i booked in that hotel more than once- however on my third visit, which was an emergency , i walked in and was expecting that i would be a discount or at least pay same rate. However, i was charged more for the room. I did during my stay informed the hotel that i ll travel to Cambodia for a couple of days and that i would like to come back to this property for a couple of nights. Because they charged me more on my return, i decided to stay only one night and go some where else next day

Spacious room, best value for money”
I wanted to stay for 3 days at this hotel but was only able to book 2 days through Agoda. Upon arriving, the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room and let me stay for another day with matching price as listed on Agoda. The room was spacious, new and clean. A/C was cold, bed is soft and comfort to sleep on. Excellence location as it is located in city center. Breakfast was so-so. There weren't many items on menu; I would recommend to skip it and go to nearby restaurants for better choices. I have stayed at many hotels in Ho Chi Minh during my biz trips but this hotel sofar offers the best value for money. Definitely would come back here again in the future

Very good Hotel”
I have no any complain about this hotel. Everythings are good. I got the hotel quite late at night and the reception upgrated the room for me. However, the street is so busy and therefore, it is quite noise for sleeping. In general, I love this hotel and will stay if I go back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice Place”
It was my first trip to Saigon staying in district 3. The property is nice and for the price it is good value for money. Rooms are great, well maintained, excellent wifi and choice of English TV (if you really care) channels. Can be better on the food. The breakfast was just ok (nothing great). I just ate lunch once and it was well priced. Overall I'd stay again.

New, spacious and clean, deserves at least 3 stars”
The hotel is located close to supermarkets, shops and places to eat. It is small enough to give personal service and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and look new with a pleasant decor and a lift serves all 4 floors. My room was quiet but traffic noise can be a problem in some rooms. The range of free breakfast items is not large but is fine and the ground floor dining area also offers lunch. I have no idea why this hotel only has a 2 star rating, it certinly deserves at least 3 stars.

Great hotel for value”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and quite charming. My sister and I had a twin room with a small balcony that overlooked the busy streets. We really appreciated the clean shower and bathroom. Breakfast was good, and it's very convenient to eat in the lobby restaurant if you don't feel like walking anywhere. The fruit juices are so refreshing. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The only downside was that there was a power outage on the block, and we couldn't get to our rooms (electronic cards), so we waited in the lobby for over an hour, but the staff were very patient and kind and served us tea to try and accommodate us. Overall, a really great value for your money and really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. It's not extremely close to the city central, but we had no problem getting Grab bikes and cars for about ten minute trips to Ben Thanh, restaurants, and museums. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Exceptional”
Great location at distrect 3. Room was clean and spacious. Aircon was great. Only minus is if you get a room facing the street you might get bothered by the trafic. I didnt cause Im not a light sleeper. We ended up staying for more nights with the receptionist matching the price on Agoda for us. Overall we liked our stay and would gladly return :-)

Clean budget hotel”
It has all basic stuff you need. Hotel is in District 3, short distance to CBD where you can use grab/ uber to commute. Make sure you request a room with window. My room doesn't have window so it feels like prison at times but I'm hardly in the room so it was ok.

Nice hotel with excellent customer service”
A clean and modern hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The staff deserve particular attention because of the single minded dedication to customer service. From the front desk staff who greet us every morning and evening to the housekeeping people who never fail to leave the room in pristine condition (early in the day!) to the catering personnel who kept us fed for three weeks, the property never disappointed.
