Many flea and overpriced ”
Many flea on the room floor, room is dirty. The owner charged me more as we have 2 person even we booked a double room. Crazy ! And it is over priced with such kind of room.

My vvv bad experience at new nuwara eliya inn”
Really bad. Stayed only 1 night. Doors cannot be locked. We kept tge dressing tables near the door to block entry. It was really frightening. Loud banging sounds and shouting in the middle of the night. We had no sleep but stayed till morning and checked out. Did not give the refund too. I would not recommend anyone with families to stay there. Atleast they should have given the refund for the night we did not stay there. This was the worst experience i had through Agoda booking.

Engagierte mitarbeiter, gute lage
Kleines zimmer, noch kleineres winziges bad (max. 3m2), etwas muffig und feucht, bett ebenfalls für 2 personen zu klein, wlan nicht in allen zimmern und sehr langsam, zum teil in einigen zimmern keine fenster, in der nacht wird es sehr kalt, zimmer sind nicht mit einer heizung ausgestattet

(1)Nuwaraeliyaは日本での軽井沢の様な街(昼間、太陽なければ暑くなく、夜は寒いぐらいで長袖服なければ風邪引きます) (2)市内中心部に立地していて便利だが2015年に改装したと書かれているが室内古臭く丁度、泊まったのがスリランカの正月時期だったので混み合っており最悪の部屋に通されたみたい。窓は有るが(共用部、階段に面す)カーテンは閉めきらないとダメ、客の出入りと真横がフロントなのでかなり騒がしかった(20m2もない狭い部屋) (3)一階の宝石屋と上階のホテルを兼業しておりホテルには責任者らしき人はいない (4)掲載の写真はどこの宿でも同じだか新築当時の写真で最安値の部屋は高い部屋の写真を使用している (写真のイメージは山小屋風だが実際は安宿) (5)朝食は普通(無いよりマシかな)サンドイッチと飲み物で最上階の屋上のスペースで食べる(眺め悪し) (6)ホテル設備としてゴルフコース(敷地内)有りと書かれてるが裏は廃屋の建物で何も無し

市の中心部から近く場所はいい。 写真のとおり、建物正面は斬新な意匠を凝らしているが、部屋は古臭い感じ。 １階の宝飾店のオーナーが上階を貸し部屋にしているようだ。 内容からして、宿泊料金はやや高めと感じた。

バスターミナルや町の中心にほど近いので、バス移動や買い物には便利な立地。部屋もそこそこ清潔ではあるが、料金には到底見合わない。スタッフもフレンドリーではあるが、旅の相談などができる感じではない。そもそも責任者が誰なのか不明。WIFIが部屋によって使えない。ヌワラエリヤでしばらくゆったり滞在するには全く向かない宿。移動の途中で少し立ち寄る程度であれば、まぁ、いいかもしれない。でも、その程度で使うなら他にもっと安い宿があると思う。

酒店的位置；酒店的安全；酒店的早餐
总的来说，这是我们在斯里兰卡住的稍微差一点的酒店。酒店无正门，有一条小走廊直通客房和一个看似像前台的地方。前台是两个年轻的兰卡人，老板似乎就是楼下珠宝店的老板。客房条件总的来说干净卫生但设施简陋，相对于价钱信价比不是很高。但酒店的交通位置不错，离车站不远，并且旁边有一家酒吧可以吃饭和喝酒。我们期望第二天通过前台租辆tuktuk车去诺顿平原，发觉价格较高，且不好讲价，建议提前在外面租好tuktuk。早餐服务可以满足你5点起来看高山日出的要求，三文治的味道还可以。 In total,it is a convenient hotel but not a satisfied one.There is more better hotel around eliya and if you have no time limit,i will not recommend this hotel.
