If you're extremely cheap but want privacy. This is ok”
This place is extremely accessible and location is great. They also provided toiletries, towels, and complimentary water. Air conditioning was good too. As someone who is cheap, I was ok with my stay since I wanted privacy instead of booking hostels but the place was old, needs repair, and I had to spray cologne all over the room to remove the foul odor.

The place is quite secluded ....alot of Chinese eatery around ,halal eateries need to walk Futher down balestiar...hotel condition was ok but not so clean ,it's an old place ,toilet cleaniness need to be improved.when u check in please inform counter if u need the kettle to make your hot water for coffee or instant noodles cup ... they will give the kettle upon request ....as it no available in every room...water heater need to check. As mine was not working well.... surrounding room was ok n quiet

I was disappointed as i saw from the facilities that there is hair dryer but when i was there asking the reception, she said they do not have it. The room was alittle bit dusty and slight smoke smell. There was no electric kettle in the room too so i checked with the reception, and she told me I can pick up at the reception. It was a plastic electric kettle and smelled like it has been kept in the cabinet for a long time and abit dusty. But i couldn't wash as there was no sponge and detergent in the hotel room. So i felt lazy to wash and decided not to use and just kept in the room. When i wanted to bring down to return the next morning, to my shock i accidentally saw a small medium size cockroach at the top of the kettle and knew that it could have been inside all the while makes me feel consoled that i have decided not to use it earlier on. The toilet is however, clean amd smell alright. But not so good experience overall.

Starting from lift to corridor- there is huge dirts as if it was cleaned long back. Interestingly central aircon is Ok, but linen although clean but with lot of stain.

The ventilation system in the hotel doesn't work, therefore expect mould in the bathrooms and nasty smell in the corridors. Corridor carpets are dirty too. There are cockroach infestation in the rooms and the bathroom, they are small cockroaches or German cockroaches. But, in Singapore at this price you don't have much choice.

- walking distance from novena MRT (25 min approx) recommended not to walk as along the way there’ll be slopes leaving you breathless. - staff wasn’t friendly. No greetings whatsoever. - room was acceptable - there will be cockroaches like mini sized ones. I caught 5 of them during my two days of stay. Most of it is in the bathroom. - Everywhere was dusty including mugs. Really big dusts. My boyfriend has sinus after checking out. - air con working really well - bed was clean and no smell My two days stay was okay. Not as bad. But highly not coming back here. It’s suitable for couples who are on a budget and staying 1/2 days.
