What you pay, what you get.”
I get the cheapest room price. The room a bit dusty, can see dust on table and bed. Cockroach welcome me when I just check in. I can sleep after clean out some dust on the bed with the towel provide. I also clean the aircond filter mesh to make the air more clean. All door can lock, good water pressure, water heater and aircond function like normal. I set the aircond to 24 and the temperature is 23.7℃, so is cold enough for me. No. 2 room at 1st floor is face to street, so is noisy if some vehicle pass by. The dim light have no cover. The TV frame without TV inside feel not so good. Overall is a cheap sleep place.

Call for a few times, email too but no respond from hotel. Already paid but cannot do the refund as the hotel policy is no refund allowed. BUT AGAIN, THE HOTEL IS CLOSED. WHY TF DID YOU ACCEPT BOOKING FFS!!!!!! 😤

Cheapskate hotel.”
My first time in the area, not aware that there are 2 hotels that have similar names. New Rawang Hotel and New Wave Rawang Hotel. I tried to cancel the booking within 5-10 minutes after confirmed, and Agoda staff even tried to request for a refund due to such reason but unfortunately this greedy inconsiderate business owner is not willing to do so, it doesn't leave me with a good impression.
