Good location/well secured parking area”
Room was clean and in order and not smelly even though I booked for a smoking room. Thumbs up for the room service staff for their good job and also for giving me 2 extra pillows as requested. Front line staff...very helpful and friendly Hotel located at a quite busy road but not to worry as tuk tuk is always readily available in front of the hotel, or take a 5-8 minute walk to the nearest night market at Lee Garden Plaza or for any types of Thai food be it halal or non halal Restaurat/shops/stall serving halal food can be found nearby the central area..just google for them.

This is old hotel but room is clean,especially the staff very friendly,there is no swimming pool if u wish to swim u need to go to their new hotel and pay 60bath/person...such a convenience place to look for food and night market,thr also a lot of massage shop,walk to lee gardens about 3 mins

I booked 3 different times. Couldn’t get double bed the 1 st time only got 2 single attached to each othe. When I booked the second time I had a double bed. Much more confortable. I went to a trip to ko Lipe for a week before I returned and they were nice enough to keep my luggage and let me park the bike.. I will book here again. Very friendly staff also.

New renovation Room”
One of the front office manager, I think she is, very politely and sincerely welcome me. I am arrived early 2 hrs ahead before check in time, however she try to arrangement for early check in and upgrade my old deluxe room to the new renovation deluxe room. When I am mention is that ok to you as the amount a pay about RM250. She reply say that we try not to keep guest waiting although arrive early and ahead check in time. Thumb Up to her. After I enter to that room, surprisingly that room really new renovated like 5 star. Bath room super clean, water system not bad, bed are super duper big, as able to sleep 3 adult, floor clean, no odour smile, also good view from window. By the way, forgot her name, should praise her to board of director. Definitely will strongly recommend to all my friend. Songkran 13 2020 is coming, this is the best location, 5 minute walk to Lee garden towards war area.. Cheers.

Plenty of time staying with New Season hotel, staffs are friendly with English speaking, room is spacious but some furniture are old and wall paper are torn, the rest are good. Many good foods are surrounding, coffin donation is at walking distance, Kim yong Market as well, Lee garden also walking distance only.

Renovation on 6th floor”
The check in and check out is good. Staff is polite and helpful. The only turn down is the staff didnt inform us during check in time, there will be renovation going on the floor that we are staying, the next day early morning, 8 am, the drilling and knocking sounds, get us up and we cant even continue to rest. Other than that, its a good hotel to stay. 2nd floor massage center, you can have a good relax time.
