The place is very good. All staff are helpful. They will assist you in whatever way. They do the housekeeping every day. Changing beddings and replenish bottled water and toiletries. Special mention to Igo (IDK the correct spelling), he is superb. Location is good also, near the market, night market, tourist spot.

Good value in Central Location”
Found this little spot on Agoda. Was happy with my choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way - contacting tour companies, helping me rent a scooter. English is pretty good from the manager. They have a nice breakfast menu so it's easy to eat before heading out for the day. Room was clean comfortable and had nice amenities - hot tea kettle for coffee/tea in the room.

Central location with brilliant staff”
we stayed at dream central hotel for 3 nights and we had a flawless experience. Room was very clean and spacious. People at the reception were very helpful. They helped us to book halong bay tour which was very good and also arranged our cab to airport. For anyone who wants to stay in old quarters with a very helpful host i would highly suggest this place

Staying at Dream Central was a great experience - we stayed there for four nights and it was great value for money. We got a room with a balcony (and hence a lot of light). The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained.

New Vision Palace Hotel ”
Remember this name as this is best hotel in Ha Noi! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. Friendly and professional staff, they make us felt like home from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG, I love those pillows!!! Bathroom with shower also very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice places in Hanoi, so we had a great time there. Overall I had the best stay ever in Ha Noi!!! And I definitely will back there and will recommend this peace of heaven to everyone !

Staff that went above and beyond!!”
I want to start by saying that the staff at New Vision were some of the most helpful and friendly that we've ever come across. Not only did they offer spot-on restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, help us to book travel and tours, they also provided us with a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in the midst of the Covid-19 scare. We liked them so much that after our initial booking, we stayed with them again when we came back to Hanoi from Sapa. When our stay in Ninh Binh was cut short, they arranged for us to stay in their sister hotel, as they were closed due to Covid-19, and even had a suit that I forgot in their hotel shipped over to our new location. We really cannot say enough good things about the team at New Vision Hotel and would go out of our way to stay with them again if we are ever in Hanoi in the future!!!

Good Location and Friendly Staff”
We had a separate night stay to enjoy the Night Markets in the old quarter, and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Hanoi. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket – Dong Xuan market, and within easy walking distance from the Hoan Kiem lake as well. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location and great Agoda price. Breakfast is on limited menu by order (no buffet like in pictures). Lots of restaurants around so can choose no breakfast option if available. Phenomenal helpful staff.

Best Choice In Ha Noi ”
Excellent hotel with excellent location located right at the center of the Old Quarter, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she also makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I’m so happy with my stay and that actually was sad to just to leave. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests !!!

The best hotel in 3 months of travel ”
What a great hotel in the old quarter. Great location within walking distance to many sights. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Really good breakfast choice and very tasty. The best thing about the whole hotel is the staff. Everyone was fantastic from Doorman, dining room staff, reception and tour organisers. We felt so welcome and they helped us a lot with recommendations and tours. When a tour went wrong they were so helpful in resolving problem. We will stay again. Very good English throughout. To sum it up 10 out of 10! Great place.

How this hotel is not a 5 star I don't know. The staff were excellent and the whole check in process was quick. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and amazing. Our room was over the main street and we were undisturbed with the window closed. We had a taxi arranged back to the airport and turned up on time. It’s just simply Amazing and I will recommend to all friends.

I enjoyed my stay at Dream Central Home. I had a lovely room with a very large bed, toiletries provided and a kettle and hairdryer to use. TV had many channels including some English ones. The best part of the hotel is the lovely family that run it. I was offered tours but not pressured at all to take part as had organised my own. It felt very safe which was important to me as a solo female traveler.

The room was comfy and the location is fantastic. Very close to the action but not so close that you have to hear it all night. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and was very delicious. Shout-out to Chien for being super helpful and friendly during our stay.

Stayed in a balcony room and was able to appreciate the city ontop the city. Rooms were perfect for my stay wish I could stay longer but was my last day in hanoi, please consider this hotel when staying in hanoi, staff were especially welcoming and were eager to engage in conversation
