    "Most Best & Cleanness hotel to stay in Cyberjaya””

    Have stayed here multiple times during my business meeting visits to Cyberjaya. From overall package, New Wave Hotel@ Cyberjaya never fails me from the day one. The staff, hotel facilities, cleanliness & everything serve at top notch. They are on top class business where provide the best service to their customers. Fantastic place to enjoy & relax as there are nearby eateries & convenient stores as well. Would strongly recommend for any travelers to Cyberjaya as this is new hotel in business. Rooms are very clean. Nice comfortable mattress & pillow. Easy parking. Worth for money paid

    THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. NEW HOTEL SO THE AMENITIES WORKS PERFECT AND MONEY VALUES FOR FACILITIES PROVIDED WELL. THE ROOM HAVE FREE TOILETRIES AND WATER BOTTLE AND HOTEL WATER DISPENSER WHICH WILL BE HELPFUL FOR PARENT WITH CHILDREN. THE WIFI SERVICE WAS EXCELLENCE. THERE ARE USB SLOTS WHICH MAKES EASY FOR CHARGING AND CONNECTING OUR GADGETS. FRIENDLY RECEPTION STAFF AND ROOM ARE CLEAN AND NEAT. HOUSEKEEPING ARE DONE DAILY AND ROOM WAS FANTASTIC FIT WITH DESIGNED WALL PAPER. VALUE FOR MONEY AND 100% SATISFACTORY. IT WAS A PERFECT CHOICE STAY AS THE HOTEL IS NEAR TO DPULZE MALL AND RESTAURANT BY WALKING DISTANCE.

    Very clean and has high-speed WIFI. Very recommended. Carpark is free only on weekends not weekdays as we have to park on normal public hourly parking spot.

    Strong smell of cigarettes”

    All is fine except for the strong smell of cigarettes. Really disturbing. I'm not sure if the smell came from outside or from the items in the room itself (previous customers may have smoked in the room and left a smell). The sheet and blanket also seemed to have not been replaced, got hair left. The rest is fine. Quite clean and comfortable.

    Too noisy ”

    Noisy made by the staff is not acceptable. My room does not have lock at the door and u can hear customer foot steps from downstairs
