Disappointed ”
Large apartment but really run down, which we could handle but we booked for 6 and there was lounge seating for only 3, random cutlery like only 3 forks, 5 spoons, randon glasses available. Air conditioning didn't work and can only partially open windows. Parking is really tight. Great beds and shower though.

The apartment wasn’t very clean and there were 10 cockroaches. I had hope to tell the staff instead of leaving a bad review but no staff were in office or contactable by phone.

Nice place value for money”
We stayed here for a short visit. Place wasn’t the cleanest in terms of surface clean it was okay but there was mould in the showers and furniture was worn or damaged slightly but otherwise everything was working well. Shower had good pressure, bed and pillows a little soft for my taste but they were clean. The kitchen needed more basic items but otherwise the facilities were good, our washer and dryer worked well and the two toilets were really handy. Nice spacious rooms we would definitely come back.

Great accomodation in Newy”
Pros- Good location, apartment was spacious, clean and tidy, on-site parking, friendly staff, comfy beds, easy to get food deliveries and Ubers to/from. Cons- parking would be a tight squeeze if you had a larger car- but plenty of paid street parking available outside, room not being ready on arrival- and no communication prior to our arrival, swipe cards initially not working- easy fix by staff but stressful at the time, limited office hours on the weekend- shuts at 2.30pm but check in is from 2pm. Over all- very happy with our stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Customer service non existent ”
We booked and payed for a 3 bedroom unit. Only to find out they had altered our booking and down graded us to a 2 bedroom, which we didn’t all fit into. The managers of the complex were completely incompetent. They were un willing to help and kept saying it wasn’t their problem or fault. They were un apologetic and unsympathetic. They lied on several occasions and deceived us. They are in the wrong profession considering they don’t know how to deliver customer service. It was truely a disheartening experience and would urge anyone to think twice about dealing with them. I hope they learn from their mistakes and turn their attitude around. Such a disappointing experience during our holiday.

Great size and clean Unfortunately for us Dryer didn’t work, found level 1 to be really loud with road traffic noise. And car park was ridiculously small. Could not park big suv in there All in all seemed like good value for money

The good: - location - size (3 bed apartment) - good price* (if the rooms had been in a decent condition) - bed linen was clean The bad: - furniture worn and in desperate need of replacing - kitchen and bathrooms had mould, and chipped and broken components - supplied plates/utensils etc dirty - heating too noisy to sleep with (not great in middle of Winter)

The rooms are dirty and need a good clean. Our shower had a substantial amount of mould and if you move a chair there is significant dirt underneath.

Perfect for family with spacious apartment. Few minutes walk to Light rail and walking distance to supermarkets. Perfect location, great value for money.

Not a bad location. Clean but dated. Noted patched paint work and the showers were in need of cleaning around the skirtings. Really did not see any staff so heaven help if you required any assistance. Lack of crockery and tea coffee and milk.

Cheap”
Price was reasonably cheap but it was old and tired. Carpet stained. Doors and windows filthy. Dusty. Balcony filthy. Blinds broken and laying on the floor. No remote for TV. When I asked reception about the remote they said the TV in the bedroom hadn’t worked for 8 years - TV worked we had to use the knobs on the side… guy was too lazy to do anything about it or look into it so that was his response. Area wasn’t the best. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room 36 has a broken shower head, unable to use. Furniture very outdated. Lounge was dirty on arrival, had to ask for it to be cleaned. Main bed comfy.

Wifi stopped working after the first day, manager was called 3 times and really didn’t care. Very ordinary no wifi with kids no action taken and really didn’t care

Not being able to smoke even on your own balcony is a bit annoying, but manageable. The taps in both the bathroom and the kitchen were not sturdy, but overall was very happy with the appartments appearance and was clean and tidy.
