Stayed for 10days and had a great time. Good spread of breakfast buffet. Ample parking space. Hotel staff are accommodating, friendly and courteous. Hotel service is fantastic. Big, clean room with 2 comfortable queen beds, bathroom equipped with bidet and abundant supply of hot water. The restos, grocery and bakeshops beside the hotel is a plus. We didn't get the chance to try the heated pool because of our hectic schedule but their pool and bar is awesome. Prime location and accessible to most if Baguio's attraction. Great value for money.

Good for family gatherings ”
We went there for Christmas 2022. Staff are friendly, food was great and there's a lot on their menu (buffet breakfast and Christmas dinner). Venue is near tourist spots so it's a plus. We also had a spacious and mountain view double room, which was overlooking the activity and pool area. One thing we didn't like is the cleanliness of our room. There's molds on the bathroom floors, walls and glass door. Furthermore, the internet was slow so you can't bring your online work or meetings here. Hehe overall experience was great ❤️💚 Happy holidays 😊

We only used the breakfast coupons once, my husband had a stomach bug right after eating breakfast at the restaurant. The buffet food items were cold and they did not cook the omelet properly. (the reason why my husband got sick) fruits and bread are good, anything else, it could be better.

GREAT STAY”
Great location to stay and more affordable than the other hotels with same facilities. Clean room but bidet isn't available. Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is fine though I actually expecting better base on their reviews but I would love to try their dinner buffet next time. Our check in and out is smooth. I will probably book this hotel again here in agoda. :)

We booked this hotel for a 3D2N vacation as we need to rest from the stress of work and wedding planning. Staff are nice and very helpful, you can have your room cleaned daily, breakfast is good mu fiance is a chef and he love how fresh and no MSG taste in the food. Location is a bit far from session road and traffic is getting worse in baguio but if you're looking for quiet and no people/crowd, this place is for you, just across botanical garden very near cab away from good shepherd We will be back for sure

Good hotel that could be great!”
We stayed in a deluxe mountain view room. I recommend you choose this option because the rooms on the other side are just a tiny bit cheaper (We booked the regular room initially but upgraded to mountain view for 300php). These rooms are much brighter, airier and have a nice view. The rooms are clean, don't smell and are big enough. TV with a wide variety of cable chanels that actually work. Wifi is too slow or doesn't work, but we had good cell signal and just used data. The fact that rooms come with a decent buffet breakfast makes it well worth the price, considering how pricey hotels are these days. The staff were friendly and courteous. There is ample indoor, covered parking space and the location is excellent. It is just next to the botanical gardens and 8 minutes drive from SM Baguio, while still being in a peaceful location, away from the congested center. In terms of improvements, the hotel could provide rooms with bedside lamps and use better warm lighting instead of white lights for a more cozy feel. Overall, well worth it and a good choice for a Baguio trip.

Great food, clean room”
I wasn't really expecting a lot, masaya na kami sa pool nila and sa breakfast. Staff are awesome. Kulang sa ventilation yung room, I can't imagine paano na kapag summer walang naitutulong yung ceiling fan. For someone like me who grew up in Baguio na madali mainitan, even if I've already opened yung pintuan sa terrace at mga bintana mainit pa rin talaga. Pero overall, it's worth the money. Parking is adequate too. I feel bad nga lang na some guests na ang dami kinukuha na food tapos di mauubos di ko alam ano pinaglalaban nila.

Fantastic Staycation spot”
My Family and I were surprised when we went to our room it was a Loft type unit with two Queen Beds, a convertible sofabed, two T&B. I have been going in and out of Baguio and its the firat time we checked in to the Hotel, which is just accross Botanical Garden. The food is great and people are very corteuos and accommodating, the pool area is also heated and the setting is very inviting.

Second is the food which is not that expensive but good and you get different variety everyday. Room is cozy and comfortable even thought it does not have an AC. 10/10!
