Me & my sister book 3 room for 1 night with different booking code. we all get upgraded room due to availability for non smoking room are limited. They arrange breakfast time into 2 batches and set waiting list so the restaurant is not too crowded. The even have indomie for breakfast! keep on good work!

The location is good, the room is clean. The only downside is the parking lot is quite limited. So if you book in peak time will cause you a little bit of a problem (although they provide valet parking)

If you want to stroll in the city, this hotel is recommended. The location is close to many tourist spot in the city. The breakfast has various items and tasty. Kids also love the ambience. Location of hotel is great, near lots of eateries within walking distance 15minutes walk or just 5 minutes drive. Lots of great coffee shop near by and there's a massage place in front of hotel you must try. Room is spacy enought for 2 people and short stay

The location is not in the city center, but it give you more options of route to explore Bandung. Just like other mrecure, i love the room and the decoration. Staff is also friendly. Free valet for your parking, just if the parking lot is full.

The only problem with Mercure is how the room isn’t really soundproofed. I can hear the room next to me knocking. The room across too And I can hear the traffic loud and clear. But the staff hospitality made it worth it. Love the hotel!

I am satisfied with the hotel which has a comfort room with very comfortable bedding which made my resting time reached its maximum quality. The cleanliness of the room is good, but the bathroom can be better. Some dirt spots can be found in the corner of the shower wall and the blindfold curtain. The hot shower runs well. The aircon works perfectly, and the fridge works good as well. The lightings inside room are good and bright. And I love the large screen smart tv as in room entertainment. They provide sahur for those who’ll be doing the fasting in Ramadhan, and the food is good as well as delicious! The parking space is adequate. The street in front of the hotel often to be traffic during the office after hours. The hotel location just right in the city center, so it is literally close to everywhere, but sometimes will takes time due to the traffic situation. Not forget to mention that they has spacious lobby with comfort seating to wait.

We stayed at this hotel because it is very closed to the location of a music concert. The hotel is very nice. It provides everything we needed, such as wifi, toiletries, hair dryer, kettle, tea coffee, praying direction, many chanels of TV, and so on. One of the nicest one is the restaurant which opens 24 hours, so that I could order a meal for my daughter after midnight. The meal prices are reasonable. The check in/out processes are very easy and simple. The breakfast offers many options. Overall, this hotel is great.
