Wonderful Hotel ”
Our stay here was perfect! The receptionist speeks english really well and Took her time to show us what we could do in Hoi An and where everything is. We could also contact her via WhatsApp anytime. And we got a free room upgrade which was really nice :) The rooms are spacious and clean, fresh towels everyday and New water. And the location is amazing - really central but also quiet. Would totaly stay here again !

"The first time for me travel at HoiAn. I choose Phan Ngo Homwstay because good location. Near Night market, Japanese Bridge and Old Town. I think this homestay is normal but incredible. Phan Ngo Homestay was just wonderful. Near anyplace, Mini mart, Night market, Old Town, Japanese Bridge, Restaurant. The owner was friendly and helpful. They are very nice to help us, explaining everything,arrange transportation for us. They are very kind. they are warm and welcoming. The room is very nice, large,clean and comfortable. There's a swimming pool available.

Thank you for organising the bus for us. Also thank you for letting us swim in the pool after we have checked out, you also organised bikes at a good cost. The room was excellent and bathroom too, separate shower to toilet was great. Air conditioning and fan were much appreciated and worked well. Right near Night markets but no noise so we have a great sleep in a comfortable beds.

The breakfast was amazing!! Best food we’ve had in Vietnam by far! Convenient location just a short walk from Old Town Hoi An. The room was cute with a shared balcony and shared bathroom. Also the people were so friendly and helped us plan our stay. They provided bikes and showed us how to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect budget friendly Homestay in Hoi An! The facility is clean and the rooms are nice. We had a shared bathroom with the toilet and shower in one large space. Not a big deal at all for me, but if you are looking for a private bathroom, opt for different accommodations. We had a large balcony between our two rooms which was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helped arrange transportation for us. The breakfast is great! I highly recommend this property for budget conscious travelers!

We had a really great stay at NGO homestay. Really good value for money, located at walking distance to the old town. The hosts were so kind and helpful. We had to wake them up in the middle of the night, because we had to travel home because of covid-19. They’re helped us get a taxi and was just very helpful in a stressed situation. I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Hoi An.

Not a lot to say about it,I think for the same price you can find many different places. Yes the have a pool ..and probably you pay more for this. It was good my bedroom was private, but I could not even open the window because it was overlooking the corridor. It was quite loud as walls are like paper; good thing is that I only shared that bathroom with another couple. The family and staff was ok, but I would not day particularly friendly and they did not give me any infos about the city. I would not recommend it only because it has nothing special compared to other places ..but is ok if you look for cheap solution. Rooms were quite clean.

Great experience at Ngo Homestay”
I booked a Double Room with Shared Bathroom. However, when I notified them that there was water leaking from the ceiling, they kindly explained what happened and moved me to another room. Everything was settled effortlessly, and they continued to check on my stay to see if everything is good. Breakfast was served daily as well, and their Cau Lau is deliciously good. Probably one of the best I've tasted in Hoi An so far. Location is very strategic as well. It's located just behind the old town. So that makes it easy for guests to reach the old town early in the morning before any tour groups arrive. Thank you Ngo Homestay for such an enjoyable stay at Hoi An.

After several trips to hoi an over the years, I am totally impressed by how great our experience was at Ngo Homestay. Firstly, the warm welcome we received from the owner and staff was so nice, very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily, had everything we needed and was in a small quiet neighbourhood a 2 min walk away from the busy night market and just across an amazing and picturesque bridge and you are in the vibrant heart of hoi an. The family directly across the road have a small convenience store and are very nice folks too. The beds were the best I’ve slept in over all of our travels through South east Asia.
