Perfect location”
We stayed 3 weeks in Phu Quoc. During our holiday we discovered the whole island, staying in different beaches and accomodation. Staying at Ngoc Viet Bungalow was our best choice. The beach is very close by walk and you can find nice restaurants, beach club, massage. The night market is reachable by walk or a short and cheap taxi. The bungalow is nice and clean, staff is friendly.

Tip Top”
Ich bin schon das zweite Mal hier in der Bungalow Anlage. Hier ist nach wie vor alles super. Nur ein Pool wäre noch toll, aber dazu fehlt der Platz. Leider war es das letzte Mal hier für mich auf dieser Insel, da Firmen wie Vinpearl alle guten Strände aufgekauft haben und man somit nur hingehen kann, wenn man dort auch in überteuerten Anlagen logiert, somit unsinnig. Tut mir auch echt leid für die einheimischen Leute hier, denn jene berichteten mir zu genüge, dass sie dies nicht wollten bzw. es nicht wussten. Die Regierung hat dies unter der Hand verkauft. Die Insel ist auch nur noch voller Müll, leider. Schade, ein weiteres Paradies ist verschwunden. Solltet ihr dennoch hierher kommen, dann geht in das Ngoc Viet Bungalows. :)

Good Starting point for discover Phu Quoc”
The Bungalow is run by a small family. There for the communication between the "staff" is short and everything is done quickly. The room its clean. The bathroom is large. The garden view is oke. The Bungalow is location on the country side of the main road. There for you have to walk to the nearby public beach. It's about 5'. There is a supermarket nearby. We rent a motorbike there. Within 5' we are in the city. Within 1 hour you can travel to the far north or south of phu quoc. The breakfast there is good because its homemade and the price is very acceptable even for Saigon/local standard. It's recommend for 2+ person group who stay there 2+ day and wane see the most off Phu Quoc.

Good option for Long Beach”
Positive: 1. Best staff = we had a family with little child next door, screaming day & night. The staff immediately changed our bungalow (giving us the quietest one) and helped us with the luggages. 2.Bungalows looking as in pics 3.The place is very green with a well taken care garden 4.Close to restaurants at the main road (5 min) and 15min to the Long Beach which is in my opinion one of the best & accessible in Phu Quoc. 6. Cleaning everyday the rooms. Con's: In our first bungalow was a mould smell.

Spacious, clean and quiet place”
I stayed here for 6 nights last week and was very happy. The room is very spacious with aircon and hot shower equipped. For the rate, this is an excellent value for money option in Phu Quoc. The bungalow's owner and staff were very professional and helpful. I lost my ID just before heading to the airport and they helped me obtain an ETD from the police quickly, on Saturday in the late afternoon. I was beyond grateful. If I ever return to Phu Quoc I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to anyone.

Wish we had stayed the entire trip”
Fantastic room with high ceilings, nicely decorated with curtains and nice linens. Furnishings were above and beyond including a mosquito racquet, clock on the wall, comfortable chairs, etc. Staff are helpful with arranging travel etc. I loved this hotel and if I go back to Phu Quoc I will stay in this hotel the entire trip. They don't have a pool but you can use neighboring pools by just buying a drink or a snack.

Spacious, comfortable room with great bathroom”
This was a well appointed room with a good bathroom, all kept spotlessly clean. The bungalows are set well back from the main road of duong dong with easy access to the public beach where there is a huge amount of building work being done.

con-location a bit far from beach .and night market.need walk about 35-40min to night market.better take cab it only cost you about 30k viet dong. pro-they changed bed sheet and mopped floor everyday.the room very big and clean . bathroom is big too. the resort staff very friendly and helpful.very enjoy stay there

Perfect 4 nights”
We travelled for over a month in Asia and this hotel was the best of all we checked in. It has an impressive garden between the bungalows, great staff speaking english, the room was cleaned every day and we received a free room upgrade due to the full booked period. Good breakfast, just 5-7 min from fhe beach and restaurants, quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and recomand the hotel with all our heart.

Nice place to stay”
Although we did not like the island itself too much, the bungalows are definitely recommended. Spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and good air con. Staff is very friendly and courteous, helps to arrange motorbike rental, bus tickets etc.

Quiet and clean”
As travelers who have been on the road for several weeks now, finding a place with A. a closet B. an ACTUAL shower, and C. air con, all for a reasonable price is a gold mine. This place was clean, friendly, in a good part of town, and away from all the noise of the busy street. There's no pool or common hangout area, but the bungalows are big with good internet connection, and the staff are very friendly. This was a great spot and would totally recommend!

Poor communication and English fluency”
I booked for the wrong dates (earlier than intended) and for them to pick me up at the airport. On the day they were supposed to pick me up at the airport, they didn't message me asking where I was. In fact they didn't message me at all while I was supposed to be there... For 5 whole days. I get to the airport on the day that I thought it was and I messaged them asking where they were and they still haven't responded (3 days later, as of this review). I wouldn't suggest booking here because it seems they just want their money. In fact while we were waiting for our taxi to the airport therr was a lady that had made a reservation at another bungalow next door, showed the receptionist and still booked her a room at this place. When she asked where the pool was, she pointed to the other bungalow. Hence another proof they're just wanting the money. The communication was one of the hardest parts. Expect to use Google translate cause you can't really get across anything without it. I'd suggest going somewhere else where they will not churn and burn you and where you can actually talk to them. Also, they take your passport until you pay which I'm not sure is a thing in Vietnam but I've never experienced that before either. (money grab?)

The room is clean and spacious. It is quiet and nice. Very closed to the beach and restaurants. the only minus point is the road from the hotel to main road is small and dark in the evening, feel a bit scary.

Well appointed small family owned. The lady owner always come out to greet us when we come back. Very large room n a nice verandah to relax in the evening. Beautiful landscaped garden. They have motorcycle to rent too. Value for money
