Greatest problem here is location”
It was impossible to find the location when I arrived though I had a map. No street signs made it impossible to navigate. No pavement, you have to go along the road or do rent a bike. It is easy to miss your bus stop as well especially at the dark. The worthy supermarket is only about 2.5 km from location, nothing better anywhere nearby. You have to buy water, which is rather expensive. Personnel has it's water cooler at the end of car parking but it's not for the guests. Do not expect that stuff will be speaking English, use translation apps. Some rooms are without window, other room was with window but there was noise from outside since early morning.

A good option for D12.”
Not exactly the most luxurious hotels but fitting for the area. Clean with helpful staff, plenty of cheap dining options nearby. Not convenient for travellers visiting HCMC centre, but very good for D12 and maybe OK for the airport. The room had a large bathroom and a fan to accompany the air-con.

Phòng không cách âm nên bên ngoài dọn vệ sinh lục đục khá ồn, quạt trần quá ồn, nên có ánh sáng trắng vì ánh sáng vàng make up không thấy gì cả, chăn ga nệm có vẻ không được sạch sẽ vì tôi nằm bị dị ứng nổi mẩn đỏ
