Hotel is clean but staff is unprofessional ”

Room clean, large size, near to city center

The hotel is okay to stay for everything. But there is one thing made us crazy that we arrived the hotel 3hrs earlier than the checkin time and because the room is available, so the receptionest just set up the room for us without any notification about the surcharge. And when we checked out, the staff asked us for surcharge for 3hrs. So be careful to check clearly with the hotel when you checkin early. And the wifi quality is zero. I have to use my 3G all the time

everything looks quite new from elebator to bathroom

small clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Dont serve breakfast but there is a French bakery shop just nextdoor,where they have croissants that can compete with the ones you get in Paris and you can order an excellent Continental Breakfast for less than $3

The staff were very helpful , always give full assistant to the guest when ever gust need as well good location , close to the market .But one small thing the window door need to be fix caused it leaking water when raining .

Niet zo tevreden”

in het centrum, schoon, douchewandje

We waren niet zo tevreden. Achter de receptie zat een 10 jarige jongen, gaf ons niet zo'n veilig gevoel. Personeel glimlachte vriendelijk maar sprak geen engels. Kamer was klein en had geen raam naar buiten. Wel een raampje naar de gang waar de hele nacht licht doorheen kwam (geen gordijntje). Hotel was schoon en zag er netjes uit. De douche was netjes afgeschermd waardoor het toilet niet nat werd tijdens het douchen

Địa điểm rất nhiều thuận lợi, gần chợ Đà Lạt, đường phố đông vui, nhiều cửa hiệu. Gần nhà hàng Liên Hoa đủ các loại bánh và restaurant phong phú thực đơn. Đáng tiếc do dịch Covid nên tiệm ăn tạm đóng cửa. Tuy nhiên đi một chút vẫn nhiều chỗ ăn ngon.

Thuận tiện cho việc mua sắm

khách sạn nhỏ nhưng phòng ốc rất mới, sạch sẽ, hệ thống điện nước rất ok. ks nằm ngay trung tâm đà lạt, đi ra chợ, đến các con đường trung tâm đều rất thuân tiện. đối diện ks là tiệm bánh mì và nhà hàng liên hoa nổi tiếng đà lạt. vì ks nhỏ nên rất ồn, không tiện cho việc nghỉ dưỡng.
