No bottle water, no sandals in the room. No cleaning service until I ask. New owner has no experience in hotel hospitality.

It's after change”
First when I checked in, a receptionist placed us in a room which we felt not safe while the room door did not have extra lock and window could not lock at all. But after we insisted to change, he placed us in the good room in 2nd floor. There are 3 receptionists, 1 can speak Vietnamese only (not friendly), 1 can speak Khmer like us, and another one can speak English. I like to stay there.

Most enjoyable. There was always staff at reception. The staff were very helpful; they did that extra - "above and beyond". I felt safe and looked after. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Being located in a small lane-way just off Van Kiep Street, the hotel is very quite at night, so I had good sleep every night. To just "review" this hotel would not do justice to the great service I received. I therefore want to say I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was basic but clean”
Hotel was very clean and reasonable priced. Location was a little far outas had to get motos and taxi everywhere. Staff hard hardly any English so made getting info about area little difficult? Also our passports had tone taken to the local police station to check them in and as it was explained why or where they were going it made us a bit nervous, but we later found out this is comman in certain areas.
