top notch, best stay in Italy”

we traveled Venice , Florence,Rome and finally Ancona before taking the ferry to Greece. this hotel was by far the best stay we had in Italy.I would 100% recommend it anyone who wants to stop for a good rest in Ancona. walking distance to the old town of Ancona, to the ferry check in and to the ferry departure terminals. also about 10 min walking to the Railway station. great views over the bay and the port. top breakfast, that has absolutely all to offer and more.very pleasant staff. 12 a clock checkout time which is great if have booked the early afternoon ferry. 10 point out of 10

Interesting experience”

I booked this hotel while in transit as we needed a hotel for the evening close to the ferry in Ancona . i had never been to Ancona before and was not aware of the hotel choices available. When I checked in, I was told right from the start that I booked the hotel for 1 person. I have been traveling for 24 days as a couple and I know I did a search for 2 persons. I was charged an additional 15 euros for an additional person. I could have booked the same reservation through other sites at a lowere rate. This did not make for a great start at the NH Hotel. This hotel was not a 4 star hotel, I would have reviewed is as a 3 star hotel. It appears to need some upgrades . The look and feel in the hotel was that it was grand in it's day but quite antiquated today, it needs to be more inviting. My room was very dusty to the touch. it appears to not get a lot of activity, when they book a room, they should refresh the rooms. The rug and walls were in need of repair, replacement. The staff was helpful in our car return and taxi reservations. We dined in the restaurant as we were too tired to venture out on foot. the food was good but the whole atmosphere had an eary vibe.

I can't say my stay was a bad one. I stayed with my family and the stay was OK. The lobby was well laid out. Free internet service in the lobby was a joke. Only lasts 30 minutes. Business internet service (the only decent one available) is 18 Euros for 24 hrs (they said) but expired by 10am the next day. Hotel staff claimed it was run by an outside company and claimed they were helpless.

The hotel is a bit outdated, and the rooms quite small, would have been nice having a balcony with such a view.

I couldn't sleep as it was very noisy when it is windy. And this hotel is in front of the port which tends to get noisy quite often.

NH-Hotel in Ancona ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man 2-3 Tage in Ancona verbringen will. Das Einzelzimmer ist nicht allzu gross aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt o.k. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Tipps holt man sich an der Rezeption. Ancona ist nicht wie Neapel oder Pompei mit Touristen in Beschlag genommen. Alles ist sauber und überschaubar.

Grande cortesia, grande disponibilità, sorrisi. Arrivato la mattina alle 7:30 e non essendo pronta la mia camera mi hanno momentaneamente ospitato in un’altra. Non solo, ma offerta anche la colazione. Poi late check out comodo. Viaggio molto, mai avuto un trattamento così. Grazie!

Ristorante chiuso per l'intero periodo natalizio..”

Prenotato 2 stanze (una per 2 bambini 2 e 8 anni) per 7 notti per far visita a parenti. L'Hotel e' evidentemente datato e forse con un passato glorioso negli anni 80-90. Sicuramente sotto standard per un 4 stelle nel 2015. Il personale e' professionale, gentilissimo e la pulizia delle stanze e' eccellente, cosi' come la colazione. Durante il nostro soggiorno (dal 22 al 29 dic) abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di trovare il ristorante "chiuso per ferie". Viaggiando on due bambini piccoli e senza auto la disponibilita' di un ristorante in hotel era stato il motivo principale della nostra scelta. Nessuna informazione era disponibile sul sito dell'hotel pertanto la comunicazione riguardo ai servizi dell'hotel e' stata fuorviante. Ci stiamoattivando per richiedere un risarcimento per vacanza rovinata.

stanza piccola con una sola presa in camera ...o attacavi il pc o attaccavi il cellulare. venduta con wifi free invece era gratis la connessione lenta e a pacchetto dati da scaricare ...poi circa 10 euro al giorno....sono cose che fanno imbestialire...basta saperlo!

ひどく高い所にある”

ギリシャから船でアンコナに着いて港から移動しました。位置的には港のすぐ近くなのですがホテルは山（丘？）の上にあり、港から荷物をもってホテルまで移動するのがすごく大変でした。食事に行くにも買い物に行くにも山を上り下りしなければなりません。また、電力の容量が小さいらしく、パソコンを使うとヒューズが落ちると言われ、実際おちてしまったので、パソコン使用中は部屋を真っ暗にしていました。。 四つ星ほてるにしては・・・といったところでしょうか。朝食はパンがおいしかったです。
