I, my brother, and my kids really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The kids especially loved how the hotel is located right by the marina. We were lucky to stay during Early Songkran Event night, which made the experience even more special. The hotel was very clean, the room was great, and the beds were super soft — the kids loved them! We ordered room service, and everything we tried was delicious. The kids especially loved the pizza! The children’s pool was safe and perfect for them to enjoy. There’s also a Kid's Club at the hotel, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use it. The hotel also has a small café with really good chocolate croissants — a big hit with the kids!

The hotel offers great value for money. The staff—especially Tide—were incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a pleasant bonus and well maintained. Breakfast was just okay; definitely had better elsewhere. One thing to note is that the hotel is in a fairly remote location, so having a car or ride is essential to reach most attractions. My experience in NH Boat Lagoon was incredible. I stayed for two nights before changing to another hotel near Patong. This hotel however, has it's own marina - do check their island tours if you want. During my stay, I stayed on the ground floor room that was accessible to the swimming pool. Thank you Nan, for your hospitality and kindness. The location however, is not near any beaches but to go to other markets is doable by Bolt/Grab. The only minus point here is they don't allow bike to enter the hotel. So you have to walk all the way out, they do have buggy service but it is not regular.

The hotel is overall fair, and I would rate it 8.5/10. It’s not new, but it is maintained well enough. Some public areas of the building could use more care, but inside the room everything is done properly. The room is comfortable: the air conditioner works quietly without strange sounds, it smells fresh, the pillow is good, and the bed sheets are very comfortable. The location is quite specific — it’s far from the beach, but those who know, know. In a way, it feels like a mini city: one of the few places in Phuket where you don’t really need to drive a bike. You can easily have breakfast, dinner, and take care of everything you need here without worries. Manager Nan help me a lot. If save a price for 2500 bath a day, it is a good choice
