Great location. Be aware though some of the rooms have no outdoor windows.”

It’s a good hotel overall. Surprised that the room we were given had windows that faced into the building so very limited natural light. There was no mention of this on the details of the room during booking.

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city”

A very clean and comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast. The staff are incredibly hospitable and kind, but most do not speak English (best to rehearse a few sentences in Spanish if your not fluent). Only thing missing in this hotel is a pool, then it would easily be a 5 star.

Helpful and friendly staff. They are willing to solve and help on recommend food and places to visit. Good spot of the location too, many historical building are around the corner, close and easy to get to. Will choose this hotel again if I come here again.

They did not have my reservation even thought it was already paid for. ”

They did not have my reservation. They gave me a room but I my for one night even though I had prepaid for two. The room itself was tiny, not what I reserved. No balcony as i selected. And the staff was rude and not very accommodating

Fantastic hotel centrally located”

Can't fault this hotel. The room is lovely and modern. The beds are so comfortable. Pillows too! Great little coffee machine. Great shower supplied with nice toiletries. The room is so quiet great for sleeping! The buffet breakfast is excellent and worth paying for. So much choice from yummy smoothie and juices to detox shots to fab omelettes! Staff in the restaurant are particularly attentive especially the nice girl with glasses! Great views from the balcony too! You step out of the hotel and you are in Centro historic. Don't worry about the road works going on - you won't hear a sound in your room! Highly recommended!
