Excellent location. Just take the elevator one flight down and you’re at the airport terminal. Feeling hungry in the middle of the night? Take the elevator to the shops open 24/7 : Krispy Kreme, 7-12, Wings, etc. staff extremely accommodating

Hotel is right at Terminal 2, I had a canceled flight so it was perfect. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and modern. I thought it was a bit pricey for what they offered, but I would stay here again.

I only recommend it if you’re traveling in terminal two and if you don’t mind paying a little extra for the convenience of being at the airport. But I do have to say I’m really disappointed with the NH chain. It used to be one of my favorite hotel chain to stay in general across Mexico. But in the past few years I’ve noticed a lack of renovations, friendly staff, cleanliness, and food.

Convenient location but terrible service”
Needless to say, the location is great but the service was terrible. I couldn't take breakfast and inquired this hotel about that but still no response although I made a reservation including breakfast.

Location is the only advantage ”
The room was smelly and not clean. The first room that the staff gave to me hadn’t been cleaned and then I asked them to change a room. The second room looked neat but was still not clean enough!

Very expensive for the quality they offer”
Prepaid your booking, otherwise your rate will be much more expensive due to hotel currency exchange rate. I was given a key of a room that was occupied. It was an unpleasant surprise to open the door of the room after a long trip, and find somebody else belongings. Thanks God the guest wasn't inside.

Great hotel for connections or early morninflights”
Great stay. We had to catch an early morning flight and were coming from outside Mexico City, so we decided to stay there and loved it. The restaurant was OK but the staff were very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and well appointed, with modern decor. There were a couple of minor shortcomings, like there being only one robe for two people and no slippers, but everything else, including internet connection, worked well and the bed was comfy. We also felt for the quality level, the price is a good deal. We loved and plan to stay there again for future early flights. It beats an early morning ride in a taxi before your trip.

A good hotel to stay at if you have to catch an early flight out of Mexico City. Very large rooms, clean bathrooms (floor can be slippery so be careful!), check out can be slow so make sure you have plenty of time before your flight.

VERY Convenient”
I arrived late in the afternoon with a 2pm flight the next day so was pleased when told the hotel had a 1pm checkout time. This meant relaxing in the comfortable room rather than a noisy airport. The hotel is right in the Terminal 2 building so it is a short stroll to check-in desks. There is a food court at the departures level right below the hotel so easy access to food and drinks. Enjoyed my stay.

this is a good and clean option for t2. as has been said by other reviewers, the cost for wifi internet is astonishing - usd, with no flexibility if (like me) you arrive very late and only need 30 mins. i found the signage in this airport in general very poor - this hotel is right outside the terminal, but it was not overly obvious how to get there on the plus side, the hotel stored a bag for me for a week at no cost

Convenient but stubborn staff”
We used this hotel to relax for the 7 hours layover between connection flights. The front desk try to charge more for each of our young adult children. We explained that we would stay less than 6 hours for the layover and we wouldn't want to pay extra. This staff was very stubborn that she wouldn't let us check in unless we paid $800 Mexican pesos more for our children. Regardless how we explain the situation, she was stubborn to collect the extra fee on top of $168 USD we paid for the room. We finally gave up and wanted to cancel the reservation and a supervisor appeared and resolved the issue and he let us stay. Other than that drama, the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable and it provided nice rest before our connection flight.

Overrated NH Airport Hotel”
This is not a 5 star Hotel by any means. % Star means excellent customer service and wonderful amenities as well as cleanliness and comfort. Not even a bottle of water in the room was free. I felt the room was very "sterile" looking. They could not give me one King bed as I had reserved because they said that did not fall into the category I booked in. My husband and I were put in a room with 2 Queen beds that were full size, not Queen. The worst thing was I could not print my boarding pass at this hotel. They told me their business office was closed and so I would have to e mail them my Airline information and confirmation No. and they would then somehow print it for me and I could pick it up in the morning. They gave me a business card with an e mail address and sent me over to a computer which there was no lighting so I could not see to send them an e mail!! Seriously this is an airport hotel without that service available 24/7 ?? After several trips back an forth to the front desk, I gave up and went to the kiosk in the airport the next morning. Oh and the "free shuttle" to the airport is only available at night otherwise you have to take the airport train which is free but the amount of walking from this hotel to Terminal One is very long and you are carrying your luggage. Better off staying in terminal One hotels(Hilton and Marriott) if flying out of Terminal One. Would not recommend this hotel to elderly, disabled or anyone not prepared to hike with their luggage. Food in the restaurant was not even close to 5 Star quality!

Super-convenient, super over-priced”
It's okay, a nice-enough business hotel. The décor is a little icy. Its only purpose is to be time-saving and convenient when you have an early-morning flight. But it's too expensive generally (the Camino Real, at Terminal 1, is similar but usually way cheaper). The annoying thing is, the Nh technically has rooms for about $100. But they price gouge -- I looked at mine at $100, waited a few days to be sure, and had to pay $170. I checked the night before, just for fun, and saw it was $250. So they jack up prices as the clock winds down, which strikes me as rather ethically-challenged. Makes me want to not stay there again under similar circumstances -- I'd try another first, but might have to live with Nh as a necessary evil. It's too bad; they've got the right idea, being SO convenient.

Easy access hotel for stopover”
Very easy hotel if you have a stopover, next to terminal 2. Everything was clean and the rooms are spacious. Great shower. Price is very high though, without breakfast. Not many choices at the airport that's why they can put the price so high. Beds are ok.

Convenient location, good service.”
The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2 of the international airport, which is great for early flights. The service has lately improved and the check-in/check-out process doesn't take as long as before. The rooms are very large with nice modern bathrooms. Air-conditioning might be a problem, loud and not very efficient.
