Great hotel, great location, second time staying in this hotel.”
We booked our stay in this hotel as a default choice for my mother’s birthday celebrations. It is my second time visiting Vienna and staying in this hotel. The room is so nice and clean. The staff was so great and helpful. Before our arrival I mentioned that my mother is having a birthday, and when we arrived there was a complimentary dessert waiting for us in our room. I would definitely go back to this hotel on my next visit to beautiful Vienna.

New and spacious hotel at premium location”
Do not mix up with another NH Collection city hotel nearby when taking taxi. New, Modern, Clean, neat room and comfortable bed. Location is directly at doorstep of shopping streets. Brands include Zara, H&M, Mango, Pull&bear and all other mainstream retailers. Macdonald is directly opposite hotel in a few steps away. In the middle of the new shopping district of Vienna. I think will be a hit for young couples and young family due to the newer district and its super convenient location. Metro station is directly at doorstep too!

This hotel is relatively well located for a decent price - it is located in Mariahilfer Straße shopping boulevard, a metro station right below (Zieglergasse station, two stops to Vienna city center) and 15-20mins walk to various attractions and Vienna city center. The room is furnished in a modern look, good size and clean. Unfortunately, the letdown is the malfunction air condition that resulted in the room being hot and stuffy. The hotel appears to be under staffed to manage the number of guests. While the service is efficient, it lacks the personal touch which could be due to the volume of guest they are serving.

We checked into the NH Atterseehaus Suites as we felt it was in a great location for shopping. Located on Mariahilfer Strasse, we couldn't have been more right and this is a shopper's paradise. The hotel is located 20 minutes away from two of Vienna's Christmas markets and me and my husband walked there on a couple of locations. There is also a McDonalds ideally situated across the road as well as an Aldi and lots of other takeaways. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and switched us to a smoking room after a mix-up the second that we asked them to. Internet is free and the codes can be picked up reception. The TV isn't that great for English travellers with CNN being the only English language channel so we advise taking some books or some form of entertainment to enjoy in the evenings if you just want to relax in the room. We would definitely return to the NH Atterseehaus and highly recommend it.

Convenient & fabulous location”
we had a fantastic stay at NH suites. The rooms were quite spacious with a very decent sized drawing cum kitchenette and a bedroom with a dresser. Bathroom was nice and clean. What impressed me was the staff. Even though we reached the hotel at 6am, the receptionist was helpful enough to give us a room immediately without any extra cost though usual check ins are at 2 PM. Breakfast was a very nice spread with lots of choices. The only down side of it was it was the same spread every day. The biggest advantage of this hotel was its location. Superb and very conveniently located. In front of the hotel was a beautiful cobbled pathway with the underground station Zigglergasse just 2 steps away from the hotel. Museum Quarter was walking distance too. The underground being so close to the hotel made it so easy for us to commute to and from the airport with our luggage. This made sightseeing also convenient even as late as 11.30pm. Convenios, restaurants, mobile eateries were lined up close by, so grabbing a late night meal was never a problem. The suites do not have the frills of a regular hotel but it is no less than a 4 star where facilities are concerned.

It is all about location and comfort ... Just in the heart of mariahilfer strasse where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and shops there .. The metro station is only 3 minutes walking from the hotel which can take you to most of Vienna attractions. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated and just underneath the hotel there is a carage park where you can leave your car while enjoying Vienna ... However, Car parking costs 19 euro per day and it was not included in my booking package. Any way it is better to avoid renting a car while staying in Vienna because the metro network works fine .... The break fast is simple but really good they always offer fresh baked breads and croissants ..

We had a very nice stay for three nights at NH in Vienna. The staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out, even printed our train tickets for us on last day, which so many folks seem to make a fuss about. The rooms are big, great size considering the price. My Only wish is that wifi was free for guests considering you can even get wifi at McDonalds. for 24 hours is kind of ridiculous for guests. But I would recommend this hotel for location, especially if you like to shop.

Great location for touring and shopping in Vienna”
We liked this hotel as it was close to the underground and had a great layout for us and our teenager. It was our first trip to Vienna and this was a good place from which to explore the city. The refrigerator in the kitchen was not working optimally so we were limited in what we could store ie drinks were slightly cooler than lukewarm. We asked two times to have it looked at and the setting was changed but nothing happened. We think it needed to be defrosted as the tiny freezer area was iced up and melting steadily with the tepid temp. Hopefully will be fixed for next guest. The front desk was helpful with all of our queries. We did not use the restaurant as the price was a bit high when not included with the room although the view up there is nice. There are many restaurants and a great Mercure grocery store nearby so we were happy to eat out or in our room. The fitness "facility" is tiny but clean. Only two machines and a sauna.

Perfect stay in a fine hotel ”
The hotel is very well located in a street with lots of shops (international and austrian (?) brands, 15-minute walk from a charming area with lots of restaurants (traditional cuisine) and terraces. There is a metro station almost in front of the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean such as our room (superior category), which looks like a suite. The view from our 4th floor room was nice. It was incredibly quiet, perfect to recover from an intensive day filled with visits. We loved it! Thanks to the lady at the reception who gave us relevant advice to enjoy Vienna.

Enjoy every minute of my stay, going to recomment NH hotels to others for sure! Staffs are useful, and polite. My room is clean, even the room balcony. If I need to said bad things over it, I would be just one thing, is when they come to clean my room on the second day, they didnt change the towels. But other than that! I love it!

Great location, big rooms”
Great location which is just 2 steps next to the metro station (Zieglergasse) on Mariahilfer Street, which has easy access to the main train stations (Wien West, Wien Meidling or Wien Central). The room and its bathroom is much bigger than our expectation. The room is nice and clean and I love the wooden floors. Staff at front desk and the cleaning team are helpful and polite. We had a good experience of the stay.

Clean Hotel and Service with a smile”
Check-in was a breeze even though we had a group of 7 (6 rooms). Counter staffs speaks English and were willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Our rooms at the 4th floor were sizable, clean and each came with a separate sitting area and bedroom. However,we found the air-conditioner only operates under heating mode in autumn/winter and the cooling mode disabled. For those of us needing a cooler environment, we just turn the heater off and left one of the windows opened with a small gap. Break-fast was simple but came with more than an adequate variety of breads, cheeses, salads, cereals, beverages, hams, sausages, eggs and sauteed vegetables. Location wise, superb. You could start shopping once you step out of the hotel. Note: Most shops are closed on Sunday in Vienna. Access to the "Zieglergasse Station"-Metro line U3 is within a minute walk from the hotel. All in all, a pleasant stay.
