Generally very good, especially with Agoda deal. Great location for seeing major attractions in Genoa. Varied and good quality buffet breakfast.

Great location, beautiful city”
Hotel is well situated, just walking distance from the city centre. You can also walk to the port from here. Room is clean but not spacious, bed is fine. Staffs are friendly. Parking off ghe road is possible and if you arrive on the weekend, parking park opposite the hotel is free until 6am the following Monday. we regreted it that we didn't stay longer coz Genova is such a beautiful and historical city with different sophistication. I didn't feel it that I was still in Italy!

The his hotel is modern decor located about ten minute walk from the dock, so very convenient location to visit Genova attractions. Good bus service to the train stations. Bus stop located about two minute walk from the hotel. Clean rooms and helpful staff. A surprise bottle of prosecco for my birthday was well received and appreciated.

Overall very good. I liked the location and the breakfast a lot. Nice and tidy. Genova is a fine city. On the con side The internet was slow, and you needed vouchers every 100 megabites of data/24 hours. I find that very inconvenient and especially at a four star hotel.. Every 100 megabites you had to go down to the reception to ask for a new voucher, this happened to me two times during my two,night,stay.

We stayed in one of the old rooms, it was bigger than the superior room. Difficulty was that it was an inter-connected room, and the guests in the connecting room were very noisy. On our second night, they got up at 5am, and made a lot of noise. I rang the reception after 25 minutes, and was told that they would be leaving soon, and basically to put up with it. I asked the night manager to ring the room then, which he did, but he made no difference. The breakfast was good, but not as good as other NH hotels we have stayed in - Frankfurt, Barcelona, Munich, Cape Town. We like this chain, and were disappointed by this one.

Friendly staff, cleaning ladies work well, however Have to compromise sometimes due to too Tight schedule. Foreign languages are no problem for the staff. Parking Situation is not ideal, even if hotel is situated in the slightly less busy part of town, on the other hand this gives a better rest and opportunity for a walk. Nice park and museum, walking distance.

We were in Italy for a wedding and passed by Genova! We very much loved Genova. ”
As my daughter and I arrived later in the evening, we decided to have some appetizers. The waiter in the lounge knew exactly what we meant and brought us some delicious snacks! He made us feel very welcome. So, a big thank you goes out to him! Well done!

Nice Hotel-Be Wary of Car Park Rip-off next door ”
Stayed at hotel for 3 nights in August. Car park adjacent to hotel swiped my card for an additional night-just to steal money, claiming that the transaction was void. Be aware!!!!!
