Excellent Stay for our Anniversary”
Thank you to the team at NH Kensington! Stayed for 1 night before our travels on the 8th November and they they really went that extra mile to make sure we had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

lovely boutique hotel with modern, but small rooms”
The NH Kensington is a lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful neighbourhood. It's a short walk from the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Natural History museum, as well as Albert Hall. Kensington gardens are fairly close and the tube stop at Earl's court is a 5 minute walk. While our room was very small - it was imaculate and had all we needed and the continental breakfast was good too.We would deefinitely stay here again

What a great hotel!”
A great hotel, situated on the Cromwell Road, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The hotel has a modern and contemporary interior and has spacious modern bedrooms. The Hotel is located on the busy Cromwell Road, but road noise isn't a problem, I can only imagine the windows are double glazed. The hotel is extremely good value for money (I paid around £95 for accomodation), and for a mid-range modern hotel in London that is pretty good. The hotel also serves a breakfast buffet, which had everything you could wish for (hot and cold plates, as well as cereals, pastries, fruit etc.). I would very much recommend this hotel, especially if you business or leisure is on the West side of London.

Good hotel”
This is a nice hotel in the Kensington area. Not realy central, but theres a busstop right in front of the hotel. And its just a few blocks to walk and you are at the Earls Court tube station. The rooms are not big, but they are ok. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The only problem seems to be that most of them are not native english, and we are not. So enligsh accents sometimes collide. The room we had was against the road, but we where not disturbed at all. Maybe this was becasuse we where on the fifth floor. all in all a good place to stay in London.

Nice and clean rooms, great location. Within walking distance to great inexpensive restaurants/pubs and Earl's Court underground. If energetic a walk to Kensington Park and a bike ride within the grounds is recommended (weather permitting). Bus route 74 will take you to Victoria and Albert Museum and Natural History Museum is a few stops away.

not really a happy hotel experience in London”
Pre-paid for 9-night stay in NH hotel. But was unexpectedly disappointed due to the receiption lady when check in. Except that other things were good. Good housekeepers and good hotel facilities. Other working staff are good. 8-10-minute walk from the tube.

Great hotel and location”
Had a king bedded room overlooking rear garden - very quiet. Hotel had good access for transport into Central London. Only downside was electric razor outlet did not work (luckily I had taken my plug adaptor) and very few tv channels available - otherwise very nice hotel.

Great location and large room”
Excellent hotel in a great location. We went for a superior room which was large and very comfortable. The hotel location was 5 minutes walk from the tube station and ideally placed for visiting the Albert Hall. Lots of nice cafe's on Earls Court road and we particularly like the Lebanese bakery. Only downside was overpriced drink at the bar and having to pay for wi-fi access.

We have had an enjoyable holiday in this hotel. The food was superb with a large variety of breakfast dishes, catering for all. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and very polite - every single one of them. The bedroom was luxurious and spotlesly clean. The staff could not do enough for you - they were friendly, professional and very pleasant indeed. We would recommend this hotel to all our family and friends and will be definately returning.

I told them it was my birthday and the hotel manager surprised me with a birthday card signed by all the staff and a fruit platter with sparkling water. Exceptional service..they gave me all the information and very quick in acting.

Comfortable, well-run hotel in good location”
this hotel is clearly run by a professional (spanish) group with aspirations. almost everything was well thought out and ran smoothly. the only exception was our mini bar, in which the light worked, but the chiller unit did not. comfortable bed, duvet and pillows synthetic, but ok. good buffet breakfast. efficient check-out. recommended!

early checkin when we arrived.room was ready just after 9am with tea and coffee while we waited.nice touch.room was good size and well laid out.breakfast was at great times and plenty to choose from.loved the late breakfast on sunday and late checkout time.very close to earls court tube station and the express easy bus stop from luton(flew from belfast)would stay again.

OK so the location was good, lots of interesting places on the high street between the hotel and the tube station. The hotel was staffed by Spanish staff which was nice because they certainly do service better than the locals. The facilities were nice, toiletries a little pikey but in general I was satisfied with my stay,
