Very close to the boat to Cambodia Cheap stay

Wrong coords on google maps, so it was quite difficult to find it. After I arrived, I saw this information in older reviews, but I guess nobody from guesthouse cares. It looks like love hotel. ...

The staff, location, and their coffeeshop are very nice! I had a lovely sleep with great airco. Only few minute walk away from Hang Chau Dock for ferry services to Phnom Penh.

The room and bathroom could be cleaned better.

You just expect a fridge to keep yr water cold.

This is a 10 unit hotel located a couple of blocks from the canal waterfront (5 minute walk), and downtown area. There are a couple of "street" restaurants very close to the hotel and also a few coffee shops. The hotel is 4 years old but is in "like new" condition, everything is in excellent condition. There is an indoor parking area for motorcycles which is locked in the evenings. The bed mattress is comfortable and the room is very clean as well as the hallways. The WiFi worked well and the Flat Screen TV did also. Clothes cleaning detergent was provided.... something I have not seen before. You can not beat the price! Although there are some minor issues that should be changed....this is a good budget hotel.

Although it looked like the hotel had a lobby reception area, it was not being used. We were greeted at the motorcycle parking area and escorted to the room. It was disappointing not to find soap or water to drink in the room. Also the manager could have been friendlier (she was not mean but was "disinterested") and the maids were noisy in the early morning hours cleaning.. We stayed more than 1 night and the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day, we were told that they don't do this? That may explain why there were cleaning supplies in the bathroom.

Personal spricht kein englisch. Wir könnten morgens nicht aus dem Hotel, weil wir eingeschlossen waren!!!

Großes Zimmer und fußläufig ist der Busbahnhof, Fluss und Markt zu erreichen

Verstehen überhaupt kein englisch, musste erst zum Victoria Hotel um mich nach meiner Weiterfahrt erkundigen zu können. Sehr dreckig. Müll vom Vorgänger, wie Zahnbürste u Zigarrettenstummel und anderes waren noch zu finden. Keine Mülltüte im Mülleimer.
