Location is great, right in the center with everything in walking distance. Just cross the road to reach the beach. Great view as well. Clean. Facilities and amenities set up in the apartment are good. We felt convenient staying here. The only down side of this apartment is the elevtor. The whole building is too crowded so 3 elevators are not enough. Always have to queue up for elevator and wait for so long. I didnt feel safe with the elevator as well, it was terribly shaking

Location is near the beach and the center, friendly staff, but no cleaning as said by the staff when got in the room, old facilities with cheap price, room is large with sea view and very suitable for family travellers

Penthouse with balcony is good”
go for the penthouse if U can , U will be suffer from limited number of elevators no matter which floors U stayed , I have stayed in both regular room and penthouse , regular room is dirty and cockroaches are everywhere at night time . Penthouse is relatively clean as well as the balcony , the ocean view is awesome . Hotel location is good at middle portion of the long curvy beach , loud music at night due to beach party can be heard in the rooms although it is not seriously annoying . There is no swimming pool , seems they share with the hotel in front but i was not informed . Staffs are friendly , most of them speak both english and mandarin .

Be prepared for long time waiting of the elevator. There are only 3 elevators for a 45 floor building. And one of them got problem which is not safe to take. We have settled on 31th. Room is fine but the hall way is poorly decorated.

The only disappointment was the elevator too hot without air conditioner. It is hard to breath. Also, all hallways have no air conditioner. The first entrance door staff was very impolite when direct customers to the check in floor.

The place looks 1/10 alike with the pics that they advertised. The room is very uncomfortable & ran-down. The elevator took you 3 years to get up/ down. At 11 pm, i suddenly heard some weird noises on the wall like it's unexplainable, I txted the receptionist, they acknowledged wo even an appropriate reply or apology. The location is nice thou but there are so many other good places around. pls just dont

Choose somewhere else to stay in Nha Trang ”
Our booking for 3-bedroom apartment was cancelled by the property last minute but we wanted to stay here as the pictures made this look like a great property. Unfortunately, we should have chosen elsewhere as the rooms we ended up in looked nothing like the pictures. The only good thing was the sea view from one bedroom, the other bedroom had no windows and the bathroom was tiny. There was a constant stench in the room and there were broken cupboards, water stains on the walls and cockroaches. 1 bedroom apartment was ok. To top it off, our airport transfer was a complete disaster where a car arrived then said we wouldn’t fit with our luggage then we had another driver arrive with the same sized car which we squeezed into for the 40min ride. We had made it clear to reception beforehand how many people with luggage. The whole debacle made us depart almost 1 hour later than planned - luckily we allowed more than enough time before our flight. The staff were friendly and polite, that’s it
