The hotel staff (Dimpy) was extremely accommodating by granting us early check-in. We were pleasantly surprised that our room had panoramic views of the niagara falls and river. The nightly views of 2 countries simultaneously, were priceless. Waking up in the USA and having dinner in Canada and getting back to the US for dance party at the hotel is quite memorable. The elevators are always there upon request, security was couteous. No complaints were noteworthy. The melting pot of diversity was so well blended. Nice experience. My pleasure

We went across the border to shop at the outlet mall and surrounding stores. First time staying at the Comfort Inn. It is a fairly new hotel. Location if just off the I-90 at exit 22. The shopping was on the other side of the highway so you have to drive. It was very clean and everything was still new. The ladies serving the breakfast reflected superb customer service skills as they greeted us with a smile and good morning. The breakfast was yoghurt, fruits, cereals, breads/bagels, waffles, juices and condiments. Everything was well stocked. The front desk girls was very nice and accommodating. There is a pool with sliding doors opening to the outside. There was no hot tub or sauna. The grounds and inside were well kept. We requested a later check out time the day before as we were running behind. We were given it but the housekeeping people wanted us out earlier. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and I will stay again; probably as a regular guest!

The Giacomo was a very friendly hotel, just minutes walk from the rainbow bridge to Canada, and a short walk to the Niagara Falls Park for a view (and possible boat ride) to the waterfall. Staff were very friendly, and always had a smile which made it a homely experience. We just wish some of the facilities and the rooms could be refurbished .. hard to find (or nonexistent) powerpoints that don't always stay powered, dusty under the beds and tables, noisy ventilation fans. Would we stay again ? Yes, I think we would but not for the 5* price we paid.

We thoroughly loved this place, the staff were terrific, very hospitable and helpful. From the moment we got into the reception I was impressed, there was a sweet smell in the air which made me feel at home. The room and bed was comfortable also spacious and clean. A free shuttle service ran to Niagara Falls and a nearby shopping outlet mall which was very handy indeed, the hotel gave bus tickets to use the shuttle. The hotel also offered free coffee and tea 24hrs a day and a free breakfast in the mornings. An added bonus was a mail collection service and stamps could be purchased. We wished we were staying longer. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of checkout for a few hours to go and do more shopping. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Thumbs up for the staff in this hotel. My request for a room with a nice view was entertained with an upgrade as well. There is a customer service/help desk with a very helpful and friendly staff, Sue. Hot coffee/tea was provided in the lobby and it came in very handy after a cold trip back from the falls. I highly recommend this place. The location is very good, just minutes away from the Niagara Falls State Park where the Niagara Falls are situated. Furthermore I find the trolley in the park very helpful at a very nominal price of USD 3 for a one-day pass.

Great location. Short walk to Niagara Falls State Park and Rainbow Bridge. Hotel room and facilities was clean. Booked room with breakfast included. Buffet breakfast was at TGIF - very good selection. Also there's a covered walkway to Seneca Casino. Buffet prices at the casino was very reasonable and is a good option to add to TGIF and Rainbow forest which is accessible from the hotel. Highly recommmended.

Stay at the hotel was very good with clean room and very good service. The only advice I would have for fellow travellers is that early checkin at this hotel is close to impossible!. We landed here taking the early morning flight, so we could reach the hotel, checkin early, freshen up and then go to Niagara Falls. To our disdain, it took us close to 3 hours waiting to checkin (not the hotel's fault at all as their checkin is anyway late afternoon) which was an inconvenience since we were with our 1-year old kid who was fast asleep (hence, would have preferred a room for the baby to rest. Apart from this, the hotel is a great value for money due to its proximity to the Falls, walking distance to nearby restaurants and good service.

The owners/staff are Absolutely Wonderful! The rooms are not handicap accessible, which was a problem for us. There needs to be bathing seats and handrails in the washrooms , especially in the tubs, in some of the rooms and handheld shower heads. The present rooms are Clean, due to the hard work of the Mom and son; but, the carpeting Needs to be cleaned. The Dad does a wonderful job at the front desk and management. The Entire Family meets you with a Genuine smile. They are Very helpful and attentive to your needs. Just ask for anything you need; and, they will help you. Too bad there aren't any restaurants in the area, or a small restaurant on the property. From what I understand; the Mom is a great cook. They just need 2 part time staffers to help, 1 with room cleaning and 1 with the little restaurant. I think they could do GREAT with a small restaurant addition. There aren't Any restaurants in the area. Because of the family owners; our stay was a pleasant 1.

The hotel is in a good location, a couple of minutes walk from the bridge to cross the border into Canada. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a view of the falls from our room and looking back from the falls to the hotel I would think it would be hard to get a view of the falls. All in all, a lovely experience
