This is a nice hotel to stay in when in Niagara Falls NY. Its far enough away from the less desirable areas to stay in near the border but a short drive from the shopping spots and easy to get to the border. A great places for a few nights.

Compared to other places we have stayed, the handicap accessibility here was very good.

Great place. Bus stop to the Niagara falls is just across the street. Don't forget to ask for free bus passes from the reception.

A very good memory for me to stay in that hotel after one day visit to Niagara falls. The owner of the hotel is so nice and kind to provide many tourist information and advise to us.

Two spacious rooms with 2 queen size beds for 3 people. Room was equipped with microwave oven and fridge. Friendly staff who gave us free bus passes from our hotel to Niagara Falls. However, the rooms were dirty, smelly and stuffy. Airconditioner was noisy. It is a bit far from Niagara Fall National Park. About 10 to 15 minutes driving.

hotel is conveniently located and accessible to shopping and to the niagara falls site. parking is also convenient but room for continental breakfast must have some chairs or tables where you can eat. rooms are generally tidy but the airconditioning units inside were not. in general, hotel is nice and pleasant and i would like to stay the next time i m around in buaffa...

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Little pricey but worth it.

From the outside it is not appealing but once you get inside your room, it's surprisingly nice! Spacious, clean sheets and the toilet is clean. Very near the outlet stores and just 7km away from Niagara Falls. Thumbs up!

We really love this hotel. Good price. Close to fashion outlet & niagara falls. The receptionist & kitchen staff are very helpful. Basic breakfast, clean room. Recommended.
