The bottom rooms were a veiw first to the pool then to the river. Didn't mind it until you find out that they can see inside your room from the pool. Maybe make those rooms windows one sided or privacy glass.

Overpriced....extremely sad breakfast...dirty and sticky room, no housekeeping...broken cupboards and possible injuries... Definitely NOT a 3 1/2 hotel

We stay at this hotel a few times per year, always welcoming, clean, comfortable and great prices. They do need to update their checkout time is apparently 11am even though their rooms and reservation information says noon. Nice breakfast buffet available and very pretty along the river.

Staff was awesome, really enjoyed our stay. View along Niagara River was nice. Only small complaint is the air conditioning unit was noisy but in fairness we never complained about it.

BEWARE when you book thru Agoda.com, the hotel breakfast isn't included. The reception said that any bookings thru booking sites don't include free breakfast which sucks. Liked the rooms were renovated. Although, they don't clean room corners; had lots of stuff in all window and room corners.

Great pool area, gym and out door patios. They even have small fire pits to sit around. Right on the river. Housekeeping needs to step it up a little. We never did receive wash clothes and there was a used one on the shower bar from the previous occupant s. Overall it was not a bad place to stay in the restaurant was very good and the pool stayed open late. I would stay again. Reasonable rate.
