Great location, everything OK”
The apartment is just 5 minutes away from Central Station so that is the best advantage. Everything was clean but the air conditioning was not powerful enough. However, we stayed just for one night and in the morning there was no hot water available, so we could not shower. They fixed it but after the check-out time, so we had to leave before that. In the end we paid for services that we could not use.

Good location but poor staff. We made appointment at 5pm, but have to stand down stair and wait for one hour. No response from email. After meet up only reply they try to reschedule all the check in plans because I didn't inform the day before. and they were finishing another check in in other flat. If they are not able to make at 5pm, at least should inform and let us know. Letting us with kids standing road side waiting is not reasonable at all.
