Nice, convenient place with all food and shopping around.
Price is right and the service is great”
I highly recommend this hotel for someone that wants a nice clean quiet hotel room. This is not a 5 star but the service is good the rooms are clean. We were looking for a quiet place to sleep and relax this is definitely it. It is a little off the normal track but is not far from the BTS
Clean cheap and good ”
For what u pay its more than worth next time when come to bangkok will stay again and again. Room good clean big enough 900 meter walk to Bts friendly staff. But if u want to stay here u must booked in advance because most of the time they r full booking. Even now i want to book in end of may next year for 3 night its already full. In this area u cant get it cheaper and good like this one , its not a 3-5 star hotel. Please understand its regular hotel and good. If u expect more u should go somewhere rls that u pay 100 dollar or more not 18 -20 usd like this hotel
Good value for the money”

Nightmare to find”
There are 2 streets with the same address which makes finding it difficult. The receptionist was checking to see what price we paid and then gave what can only be described as a room that was good 20 years ago.
Older but clean hotel. A few nights is fine.”
I have stayed here multiple times, and for the price it is a good deal. Nothing fancy about it, and the rooms are dated for sure, but everything worked and I had no issues while there. it is a decent walk to the BTS about 10 minutes minimum, but not too bad. Big C is nearby, and plenty of motorbike taxis, or there always seems to be a regular taxi camped out in front of the hotel 24/7. if not I'm sure the reception could round one up in a few minutes. they have a company van I saw, so I am thinking they offer airport transfers as a option.
Nice hotel near saphan khwai bts”
Clean room with hot water, tv and refrigerator for cheap. It'a quiet district for locals with lots of traditional street food and even a few nightlife options. You can reach the airport easily for less than 100baht with the bts+airport rail link combo. The only downside is that both the building and furniture are quite old but it doesn't matter for me.
Price match with the quality”
It's quite nice actually considering the price they offered. I mean, of course we didn't really expect anything 'fancy', altough at least we expect to got something basic like free amenities (tootbrushes), well they gave bar soaps anyway so.. and they only give 1 free bottle of drinking water for a room consists of 2 people 🤔 Well, they did serve free water at the lobby. All we need to do is don't be lazy and get it downstairs.. I was just quite disappointed with the bed sheet cleanless. It looked like it has never been washed for weeks nor cleaned. There are some dusts left in the bed when we just checked in. But overall it's fine. It's also near BTS Saphan Khwai. Took only around 7-10 mins walk. And several 7elevn around the neighbourhood
LOW COST HIGH QUALITY”
If you are looking for a clean low-cost hotel to stay at this is the place staff are friendly and helpful not too far from BTS OVERALL A GREAT HOTEL
Not so nice”
It'll do for a night or two and it's handy for the nice big park to the north which is also where you catch the A1 bus to Don Muang airport. But you have to go down to reception to get boiling water, no cups only glasses and the sink in my room had come away from the wall. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the water provided. That's never happened before. It was mineral apparently (!)
An old man who is a staff was being really thrifty. Since they only provide 1room key, i told them i will charge my powerbank by the lobby beside the receptionist. When i came back, the old man has keep my powerbank on the table without letting it charged. So it remain empty. He is being soo unhelpful since we have a flight the next morning the powerbank is still empty. It really pissed me off. Whats d use of leaving it if he is gonna plugged it out. He also told us they have halal food when i see the menu they are pork served. I dont think he knew halal means. Pls be more sensitif towards the issue n dont simply answer.
Room with Ants”
Location is strategic with 8 mins walk to main road with local selling stores. Room wise cleanliness can be better improved. Tiny ants are found crawling every corners of the room. If anyone would like to have a meal, there's a local cozy thailand home cook restaurant near the hotel.
Run down old
Dirty room as staffs were eating inside my room while bell boy enter our room”
We wait for 5 mins outside our room, Drinking Water is limited to 2 no. upon request decline to give 3 no. as we are booking with 3 persons room
The hotel is in a small soi, but ok laaah, not too far from the convinient store (SevEl), i can walk to Chatuchak market for less than 30 mins... the room space is big enough, but the smell of the bedsheet is less fragrant. Hotel staffs are nice and helpfull...
The location is so far from the market. It’s 25mins walk to the chatuchak market. The toilet water system not good. The water hardly flows down. Kind of flooding after u bathe. The TV isn’t working well too.
No complaint. You get as what you paid. Near BTS Station.
Good location near Chatucak Weekend Market”
Enjoyed our stay and shopping at Chatucak Weekend Market.
Well appointed hotel ”
Nice large hotel in a quiet Soi. Easy 500 m walk from Saphan Khwai BTS. Many family marts and small eating places nearby if not want the in-house buffet breakfast. Rooms large. clean all amenities needed. Wifi great.
It was simple and pleasant. They had an 88 Baht breakfast buffet, but I had to leave early in the morning, so I did not get to try it. It is in a good area for food and if you need to be near Don Muang airport or Mochit bus station. There are also plenty of places for good food and coffee nearby.
