Great for staying long term”
Location is good, Nimman Hill, Maya are just 400m away. Walk the other way and you hit the old city, 1.5 to 2km. If you are into temples, there are one or two every km near the hotel. I walked 3km to Loi Kroh Road where all the night life are. Rooms spacious and simple. Bed, open wardrobe and a big table only. Hot water shower and aircon works great. Shared services: 1. common kitchen with water/kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave oven and coffe+tea bags provided 24/7. TV in the kitchen for you to watch while you have your meals. 2. tv cum working room, watch cable tv there or if you need a bigger space for work. 3. A 200 sq ft gym open from 6am to 10pm by card access 4. Washing machines on ground floor, 20 baht per wash. This place is great for longer stays or if you are coming in a group. Although I came alone, i will like to stay here again if i am coming for half a month or more.

Remarkable service with comfortable accommodation”
I stayed there for a few nights, but the outstanding point is staffs. They are helpful and friendly. Location is nice as well because it’s not far away from Nimmanhemin road (one of tourist attractions) where you can find so many lovely and recommended restaurants. For the room, it is in moderate level, according to the price, this is absolutely worth to pay for. Moreover, there is middle area where you can spend your moment such as living room, kitchen, and laundry. If I have another chance to visit Chiang Mai, I will stay there for sure.

This newly opened place is great to access Nimman area. With its price range, most of the options in Nimman are dorms, but you can get an ensuite with this place. No TV or little amenities, but the common areas equipped with fridges, a TV, and a microwave could substitute. The only defect was the noise from the hallway, especially door-banging sounds from other rooms. As a light & late sleeper, thundering door sounds in the morning were very painful for me; banging sound kept waking me up, but tried to sleep more, eventually spending too much time in bed without fully resting. Of course I plugged my ears, but it didn't help much. Hope that there's a sort of measure for that in the future.

Amazing location in Chiang Mai”
We had a great 4 night stay here. The staff was kind enough to let us leave our backpacks both on our way in and out. The room itself was nice and comfortable and the common kitchen area was great. We loved the proximity to the old town, as well as how many cool bars, restaurants, dessert spots, and stores are right in Nimman. Would definitely stay again!
