Where to stay in Nimmanhemin
Nimmanhemin hotels & accommodations

When we fly visiting here in ChiangMai, we always stay here. Located in the heart of Art street of ChiangMai. Famed Nimmanhemin Street is the hip/ arts & culinary street in ChiangMai. It's brand new hotel, attentive staffs always to served you. Adjacent to "One-Nimman" the fun & cheerful community mall. Staying here on Nimmanhemin street, you can have a various & delic...

The hotel concept is lovely; hotel theme, save the world concept and also the Kokotel Sheep. Clean, nice and large room. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is not far from Warm Up or Nimmanhemin but quite far from Maya. Will go back to this hotel again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at BED Nimman. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, location was good (cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance), and just a couple of minute's walk to Nimmanhemin Road - although we could easily have taken a songthaew or tuk-tuk. BED Nimman had very clean rooms and the breakfast provided was fantastic too. One small gripe I ha...

I chose this hotel because of its location, it's located at the heart of the happening street of Chiangmai "Nimmanhemin". The hotel is not actually on the street which could get a little busy, but it's placed at the end of 'soi' where relax atmosphere can be enjoyed. All good restaurants and bars can be reached by walking along Nimman rd. Aside from its convenient loca...

This hotel is around 5 min walk from Nimmanhemin road and less than 10 min walk to Maya shopping mall. 24 hour free minibar is provided and breakfast is pretty nice. Staffs are helpful and friendly (they kindly advised me to use a safety locker) . The only complain is there was a strange alarm in the morning on 4th floor and was super annoying. I could not sleep any...

I stayed for 2 nights 2 rooms with family, facilities in room was ok, so many outlets for you to charge your devices, but some small dirty points in bathroom. However, overview of room is ok. Breakfast was nice, there are American and Thai options (buffet). The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Nimmanhemin road. If you stay on mountain side, you might hear the plane engi...

To be honest, this is the best hotel so far in my list because it is a perfect hotel in all aspect. They have a nice big room with a table and a big-screen TV. It has the biggest bathtub, even bigger than many 4-5 stars hotel, with a nice location that only 5 mins from Maya mall and 10 min from Nimanhemin st.

Simply great. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are super clean, everything works, the pool is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is extensive. Also, the bed deserves a medal. It's the comfiest thing I've slept on in years. Hands down the best place I stayed at in Chiang Mai, and cheap too! If you're considering Buri Siri, jus...

I decided to book two weeks here, got a good price from Agoda.com and I spent a little bit extra for the larger bed. The location was just perfect! I did a lot of meet ups here for the 'Digital Nomad' Community and all meets and events where very close to the hotel. Its location to the MAYA shopping mall was perfect as well, its a new hotel so most of the TukTuk's an...

Staying here was pretty much out of coincidence. I had stayed several nights in a cheap but rundown hotel near the Night Bazaar but didn't really like it. Also I wanted to check out the local nightclubs, but didn't want to go across the whole city by Tuk-tuk in the wee hours. I got an incredibly good deal on Agoda, and for the price everything was sooo worthwhile. The ...

Receptionists were very friendly and the location of the hotel is very near to Nimmanhemin Rd where you could enjoy the night life. If you fly to Chiang Mai, the hotel is very near to the airport. There is a free service offered by the hotel to pick you from the airport which I really love it. Next time, if I do some business in Chiang Mai, I will stay here for sure. "...

We stayed at dozens of super five-star hotels but in a long stay like in Chiang Mai we prefer economic choices. Baan Din Ki gives us the best value for every penny we pay. Quite room, great mountain view, best location, nice staff and strong hot shower water! What else can you expect? Perfect choice we are lucky with this hotel.

Stay with Nimman was the best hotel we stayed at throughout our travels around Thailand. The price was amazing for such a great quality place. Everything in our room, from the sheets to the bathroom, was spotless. And free minibar and waters? Yes! It is a bit of a walk to old town, but it is easy to take one of those red trucks. Also, there is a lot to do around Stay w...

i really love this hotel because it's location is very good and east to access many restaurant on nimmanhemin road.you cand spend all day for eating and shopping around this area.you can go to central airport just 15 minuit by red car,woi lai walking street and thapae walking street, just 20 minuit and 30 minuit in rush hours, but if you like night life, this hotel is ver...

We make a very right decision choose to stay at De Chai its one of the best stay of our one week trip in Chiang Mai. Location is perfect for us a short walk distance to the main nimman road near by many good restaurant. The staff is really well train, we are greet by a friendly bellboy upon arrival helping us wz parking and luggage. Receptionist is really professional ...

I was really impressed with the interior design of the hotel and surprised nobody mentioned about it with me before since I have been in Chaing Mai very often and know Nimmanhemin area pretty well. Since it's the boutique hotel, I expected that it might be suitable for the single guests more than the family with children. However, the slide from the second floor made m...

this is my third stay at the empire residence nimman and i was very pleased by the quality of the hotel and the convenience of using agoda. each time i have asked for a quiet room on a high floor, and each time the request has been obliged. the staff are courteous and helpful. the location is very useful for both access to chiang mai university and the shopping and res...

The hotel is great. But I gave "Facilities" 4-star rating because I wish the elevator was a bit bigger, that there maybe more than one elevator and that the gym was actually usable (there was one bike and some other thing, I think). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the staff were super helpful.

This is one of best hotels that I've ever stayed! very minimal, classic, modern, unique and affordable!!!! Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Water pressure and heater went well. Receptionists were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They will try their best to assist you! This hotel provides free snacks EVERYDAY AND 24/7!!!! AMAZING!!! what is more interesting, you can ...

Comfortable, clean, helpful and friendly staffs, with convenient location in Nimmanhemin Road. Only the thing I think it's an obstacle for elderly and children is unnecessary step in room (403) which may cause injury who those enter the room for a few first times.

This hotel is very close to Nimmanhemin Rd. It's around 5 mins walk and very near to convenience store. The hotel is quite small the room is very clean but the blanket should be softer than this one. There is a very classy cafe and art gallery opposite the hotel call sangdee. It is so jazzy.

First, the housekeeping is flawless. The towels were clean and fresh. The toiliet was dry and super clean with no single drop of water. Their bed making skill was championed. Second, the continental breakfast is well presented with the decoration of flowers. They presented range of bread items along with latte, cappucino, americano. I also had them with hard-boiled egg...
Cheap places to stay in Nimmanhemin

This is a great location if you want to stay in the area of Nimmanaheinda. It's very close to that Main Street but not so close to the old town. The hostel has two large common areas, one with AC. The rooms were very clean and they have curtains around the bed for privacy. The bathroom of the email dorm was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning in the room was ...

Small family-run hostel, opened recently. Stayed in the twin room which was spacious with a balcony overlooking the front however the room seemed a little bare with just a sofa and tv, a bedside table would have been nice. No private bathroom but shared with the dormitories upstairs. The location is quite far from the old city but is ok if you rent a bicycle. It is dir...

It’s worth staying here cuz the price is reasonable. The owner (P’Som) is so nice and friendly to the guest. I am really appreciated for her warm welcome. Breakfast is perfect and the kitchenware is so clean. The atmosphere surrounds this area is peaceful. I booked the twin-shared bathroom ; the room and the bathroom are so clean, spacious and comfy, especially the be...

The receptionist was nice, he helps me with my stuff and explains everything I need to know. They also provide some easy breakfast, such as toast and banana. My bed is clean and look so comfy and also has a good bathroom but however, the location is quite far, in case you walk from the central Nimman. My bedrooom is in the front so that there was noisy all night long a...

Staff were very willing to try to make things work for guests. I arrived just before the Loi Krathong festival so things were very busy; they had fully booked!. A few guests-to-be turned up and the staff were considering putting up an air bed if everyone in the bunk room was okay with it. They didn't go for it in the end but obviously this shows some kind of commitment...

Cheap, great location, aircon, fans, comfortable beds, clean bedrooms, not so clean bathrooms with shower and there is only one on each floor, they have a kitchen where you can cook but it is not so clean either. Hot water, really quiet place at all times. Not a very social hostel if that is what you are looking for.

It has been a great time at the Bloom Hostel! The building is really nicely designed, still quite new (since it was opened this January) and is very clean! At the time I've been there it was kind of quiet there- which I thought was nice! I loved the stuff, especially the hostel owner who was super friendly, always helping out, making sure that I as an alone-traveller w...

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hostel. It was essentially a small boutique hotel that had hostel beds in the bedrooms as opposed to the standard room setup. Also, the hostel beds weren't the standard bunks which one would normally find in hostels, but more sleeping capsules, providing a high degree of privacy considering it was a hostel and not a hote...

Located on Nimman 3 rd., all kinds of stores and facilities available nearby 24/7. About 150 baht red truck ride from the airport. Free clean towel with THB200 deposit which will be paid back in full upon return. Staff speaks English well, and serve free quality breakfast in the morning. Same menu everyday but we enjoyed it everyday. Price couldn't be better....

Went there around 6pm. He went out for dinner and I have to wait for an hour before be able to getting in. (The door is locked and no place to sit outside. Have to go to a cafe nearby.) Very good location, just on Nimmanhemin Road near Rinkham intersection, where you have access to almost everything. Warned you that in 2016 there are big constructions going on ju...

Nice and convenient as the hostel located not too far from the Chiangmai International Airport just 10-15 minutes drive and also close to shopping area. Staff helpful and well recommended for general information and tour. Clean and quiet...Valued for money!

Bed Addict is located very close to Think Park and MAYA department store and also on Nimmanhemin Road where you can find anything you want around this place such as good foods, nice restaurants, Thai massage shop is every where, etc. This is my 1st experience with the hostel and it's beyond my expectation! Thx to Bed Addict! Tho it's just only one night stay but it...

I had no problems, even extended my stay. Very clean and comfortable place to rest up. I had no problem with the planes. Yes you hear them but nothing that earplugs can’t take care of. The other guests were the loudest because the rooms aren’t soundproof at all but again, earplugs. I’ve enjoyed my stay. I was doing yoga nearby and that’s why I stayed here but it ...

It's a new guest house. We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was a bit far and incorrect-- the address from the booking page wasn't exactly correct. We spent ourned 10 mins to look for the place and realised we need to walk further down a bit from the street from what google map has directed us, But it's okay! The guest house was so LOVELY! It's new, nice and qui...

This is a great news for a single traveler who wants to stay in Nimmanhemin area with all the convenience accessible from local street fares, nearby temples, organic health stores, nail/spa shops, trendy cafes and a variety of restaurants to the brand-new mega shopping mall 'Maya' all within a walking distance. For me, Nimmanhemin is the best area to base in to enjoy...

nice, spacious single room, with nice AC, desk and chair to work at, clothes hangars. showers and bathrooms were very nice as well. The owners are a very nice French - Thai couple who will make sure that your stay is the best. This place is often booked out, and for good reason!

Stayed for two nights as a stop over, bit of a walk to main center but plenty shops/restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Staff were super helpful with our check in as we were arriving really late. Shared kitchen also very handy to cook your own food

Quite room, great mountain view, best location, nice staff and strong hot shower water! What else can you expect? Perfect choice we are lucky with this hotel.

This hotel is at the end of a quiet street in the Nimman neighborhood. The room was very large and looked brand new. It was very clean. Free water was a nice touch. The staff was nice and helped us book a taxi to the airport for a reasonable fee. We were surprised at how big the room was. Balcony too. Hardly any noise and we slept very well. For the price and what we w...

This is quite a new guest house in town, lovely place, comfortable, quiet in town, and the staffs, Khun Kik and Khun Nutt are super friendly and helpful. I really do recommend this place if you look for the good budget comfortable room, just 2 mins walk to the restaurants and nigh lives on Nimmanhemin Rd. The double bed room we booked was large and provided little cou...

We were originally staying on the outside of the old city on the east side but our hotel booked up and we had two extra nights. I wanted to experience a different side of the old city so we looked west, and that is when we found The Nest. When we arrived we found out the room we booked was no longer available so we were upgraded for free to the suite. It was a great su...

This is my second stay at this hotel, so I am a satisfied customer. The hotel is situated close to Maya and well away from nightclubs. Seriously, you are in Nimmanhemin. Book without breakfast, because it's not great, and within a stone throw's distance, there are many awesome things on offer for cheap. What is good? Spacious , clean and location is good and Maya is close by for about 10-15 min walk. Breakfast is simple but ok. Villa Manager is helpful and we have a comfortable stay . A bit pricey probably due to Chinese NY time. The in house bbq is fair and not worth to try given the service fee is not cheap. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable except the pillow is too high an...

The hotel is located in a Ninman which is sort of Chiang Mai city centre very close to the airport. So the location is superb for us, the whole hotel has 2 rooms which give you a privacy even through it's small and cozy but the services both cleaning and breakfast are better than some 4-stars hotel. I would say if you want privacy and good location, this is a place y...

I thought I had a booked a hotel, but this is a private condo. Because of this, check in was confusing. No one told me the key would be at the guard shack or what room number it was. Like me you might get intimidated by the building at first. But the room is exactly like in the pictures and has everything you need for your stay. Host is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Recomme...

I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to experience the city of Chiang Mai. Room is a small tiny box, totally unusable, simple things like towels don't dry you, TV does not work, no Internet in room, One sink Mirror away from sink - looks good on website and finished there. The room was very clean and in a good looking block. The room was ideally situated for all our needs: bars, restaurants, groceries and shopping as well as being close to the centre of Chiang Mai.
