this hotel is near motorway to go to Suwannabhumi airport ,if you don't have much time ,this place is very good Quiet & clean room good for who love shopping mall 'cause the location is near The nine shopping that you can find something to eat & shopping.but must improved about officer at the front counter . i call for check in with my confirm number cause i'm going late by traffic & my friend reach hotel already ,i said i will clear later when i reach the hotel cause by traffic but the officer do it slowly by my phone waiting in my Taxi .so you must under stand if we had number to confirm by booking you must take the customer to rest in room first.after i came later to Register later as fast as you can....

Very clean rooms Staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful Good shopping centre across the road for food /dining options I needed to be close to university which was about a 1.5km walk - easy direct route and lots of great coffee shops along the way. About a 15 minute drive out of central Bangkok. Off peak Basic breakfast supplied Rooms - light and spacious Book deluxe to avoid expressway car noise

Airport stopover”
I stayed here as I had a flight early next morning. I arrived at around 7pm but the restaurant was closed. Thankfully there was a lovely restaurant across the road where I managed to get dinner. The location is around 25 mins taxi drive from the airport and cost me 200 baht. My room was very nice and very comfortable. The hotel is very modern and I am guessing it is very new, it was pristine. the only thing I wasn't warned about, is that I was asked for a 1000 baht refundable deposit for the room key. I am glad I had some cash on me!! Would I return? Yes, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in...

3 Days stopover on way home ”
Very Comfortable and relaxing a great place to stay plenty of Shopping in the area and loads of Good restaurants in easy walking distance also street Vendors if U want them and the Area feels Safe to Walk around in which is a good feeling,, The Staff very good and Helpful , The only problem was Breakfast Sorrry to say Chinese Problem they do the Usual,eat everything they can get,and as usual no manners and rudeness,but all hotels seem to let them do as they like unfortunately,, But Yes I st will be going back definitely a great place to stopover on the way in or out of Thailand

Closed to The nine community mall not far from express way and air port railing (with taxi), the only thing is noise from the road since the hotel is beside the road if paid for superior room you have to stay on the road side so quite noisy.

the street side is very noisy. the deluxe rooms are a bit larger but just wasted space. try to get a room on south side if building. water in shower not hot enough. aware the avian water in fridge is 95 baht. staff very accommodating. pool is cool great for exercise but it has steps with sharp edges so no flip turns. there is a small mall across the street

...take a "Superior Room" (we had 402) - these rooms are facing the 6-lanes motorway and the 4-lanes elevated highway. In other words buy ear-plugs or take some supporting medicine for a sleep. The street noise is inaccaptable - 24 hours. In the night when there used to be less cars, the motorbikes are doing their races... The hotel description just describes a perfect room, but the reality is something different. Additionally the room was declared as "non-smoking room", but the smell was terrible. After the aircon has worked 30 minutes the smell was gone(?) Breakfast is a nightmare, Asian (warm) food and toast and some other "Thailand hotel basics". Kitchen staff was friendly to serve some fresh made eggs, which is highly appreciated and should be mentioned here. Reception staff was not able to give another room after my complaints about the noise. Nobody felt responsible to find a solution. On top they request a "deposit of 1000 THB per room. Parking is limited, but available.

Very nice rooms, but traffic noice annoying”
I was positively impressed by the very nice design of the rooms, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, free, high speed WIFI. One big but though : I had a room at Rama 9 Road side, and the traffic noise was disturbing all night long. Rooms at the backside of the hotel probably don't have this problem.

Clean hotel but not easy to leave from and get to”
The hotel was clean and well kept. The location is not nearby any public transpo and taxis are quite difficult to find. Check out time was incorrectly stated as 1:30 pm on the website, by 12 they have turned off the electricity and we were told that check out was at 12:00 noon. We ask the front desk to book a cab for us, but we're told we had to wait for a cab ourselves.

Close to family in Hua Mak area”
Stayed here because it was close to our family friends who lived in Bangkok. The wifi was spotty, lost connection for a few hours our last morning.
