Good pit stop in the airport”
No frills, a streamlined experience where you get cleaned and rested before your flight. The privacy was good with locked private shower cubicles and opaque blinds on the pods
Thank you for rating. We are happy that you are satisfied. We will strive to satisfy our customers. We look forward to seeing you again. Nine Hours Narita Airport
Everything is very clear clean and convenience. This room @ Terminal 2, if your flight @ Terminal 1, you should take a free shuttle bus at the bus stop no.8 for go to terminal 1 the first shuttle bus around 5.30 in the morning, every 5-10 mins they come again. No plug for charge your phone in capsule, cause they want you deep sleep.
Thank you very much for the wonderful explanation , We are glad to heard that you have had a wonderful time with us, And thank you for your understanding about our rule, There is one plug inside the pod, it was in the upper part . thank you very much ,, looking forward to see you again soon ,,
It is convenient for tourists who need to on aboard in early morning. But as many guests will go in and out at any times, I will suggest light sleepers to bring your earplugs if you are planning to stay in this hotel. The good things are the facilities are well cleaned and separated, and you won't need to worry about privacy issues.
Thank you very much , Were happy to make our guest comfortable.
for long layovers and early flights”
This is a good choice for long layovers like the one I had landed 7pm in narita and next flight is 10am the ff day, convenience at its finest but cons are you could hear others be ready to bring with you headphones to get a good sleep
Thank you very much ,For staying nine hour Narita, We are glad to see you again soon
Transit hotel at Narita airport”
Location 5 stars,, value for money just 4 stars. bed was a little uncomfortable because it was just a futon. Pillow was hard and heavy, not sure what stuff it was made of not. Definitely no the typical feather downed ones. Bo individual temperature control. And there were guests who were not respectful and compliant with keeping the noise down at 5am! Bottom line, i would have opted to stay at a hotel outside the narita airport since rates were comparable if i didnt have an early appointment for the transit tour.
Thank you very much for your comment, We are trying our best to serve our guest ,And control the noise from our staffs,
Spartan accomodations for a specific purpose”
The only reason you will want to stay in Nine Hours Narita is because you have an early flight the next day. If this is the reason, Nine Hours Narita is amazing. The capsules are clean, and you have everything you need from the moment you check in to lock your bags, shower (Towel, toiletries, and a robe is provided), and sleep. If you need food, there is a 24hr Yoshinoya to get your beef bowl fix on.
Thank you for choosing our hotel. We are so glad to see your comment. We are looking forward to seeing you in Narita again.
Very clean and Perfect location”
Booked this hotel cause my early morning flight, and I personally would recommend this for anyone who wants to experience a capsule hotel. It was near terminal 2, which is perfect for tourists. and the cleanliness is unmatched. the capsule doesn't feel as suffocating as I originally think, and the bathroom and powder room is quite spacious so you don't feel like people are intruding your personal space. although, you really have to be quiet inside of it so save your conversations with your travel mates for tomorrow :) However, the grey pajama makes my mom feel a little bit like prisoner lol. but other than that it was a nice experience.
Thank you very much for staying with Us,
Super neat and super organised. What an experience! First time using capsule hotel so I was excited over everything. They gave you a locker key and a bag full of supplies (towel, slippers, nightgown and toothbrush). The locker room & the shower area are very clean and enough for everyone. Staying in the capsule itself is quite an experience. On the downside, it can feel a bit suffocated and claustrophobic in the capsule. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and a bit thin too So is the pillow. Location wise its great for those who are catching morning flights.
Thank you very much for staying with us, We are looking forward to see you again soon,
Great place to spend a night at the airport”
This place is amazingly well organized: you check in, you leave your stuff in the locker, you get a shower (if you want) and then you go to your capsule, which is not as claustrophobic as one might think. The place is quiet and clean. They provide bath towels and a pijiamas. The only small downside is that capsules may "tremble" a bit because of the air-conditioning system. Highly recommendable if you need to spend the night at the airport.
Thank you very much Mr. Matteo we are glad you enjoyed your stayed, We are looking forward to see you again,
Highly recommended for those with early morning flight as it's already inside Narita. Since it's a capsule hotel it's unavoidable to be disturbed by noisy guests, My husband complained that he was not able to sleep so well because some guests were talking loudly and the occupant of the capsule near him was snoring. As for me, in the women's area, the ladies were more considerate and no one was snoring so I was able to sleep well. Just a suggestion, perhaps an assigned staff should be checking if there are noisy guests inside. Anyway we only tried it as we were curious.
Thank you for rating. I'm happy that our customers are satisfied. I'm sorry about snoring and noise while sleeping. Ear plugs can be rented at the front desk of the hotel. We look forward to seeing you again. Nine Hours Narita Airport
Clean and value for money ”
I stayed at this capsule hotel due to late touch down of my flight, initially I worried as I never experienced before. However, the experience staying here was great! The facilities are very clean and tidy. Definitely will come back again if I can go back to Tokyo.
Thank you for rating. I'm happy that our customers are satisfied. We will make further efforts to satisfy our customers. We look forward to seeing you again. Nine Hours Narita Airport
inside terminal 2.easy access.”
it is quite expensive for us..but to have a hotel inside an airport must be expensive too haha. i n my hubby enjoy the stay..except the sleeping room is too near the toilet ..i can hear people come in n out ..and some people sometimes cannot understand the rules to keep quiet. the facilities are ok.
Excellent if you're looking to stay at the airport”
I have an earlier flight so this place is perfect because it's located at the airport. The capsule bed is BIG and comfortable. They provided you with pajama and toiletries when you come in, and you can put your luggage on a locker. The place looks clean and the staffs speak pretty good English. Oh, and I needed to borrow a travel adapter there because I misplaced mine and it was free; no charge at all. Definitely stay here again if I have another early flight to catch at Narita airport
Comforrable and cheap enough if you need to spend overnight at the airport”
Clean, big locker size. Amenities were complete (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, lines of tissue on vanity area). In the capsule, light adjuster, bgm (sound of breathing), and electricity port is available.
Definitely worth staying for an early morning flight”
The pods are extremely clean and comfortable and the people staying in the women's wing were all very respectful. It's just a no brainer to do this before an early morning flight so you don't have to get up even earlier to take the train from Tokyo.
Good place to rest before flight”
I had an early flight so I decided to find hotel near airport. This hotel located at terminal 2 (international flight), so I choose this hotel. The hotel is clean and enough if you only need place to sleep. The pillow is a bit stiff. If you are easily distracted by sound, don't forget to bring ear plug because you can hear people snooring and food step from your cabin.
Thank you very much for your comments,
Disappointing after Japanese Standards ”
I was really excited to spend a night in an airport capsule hotel in Tokyo Narita. Pics seemed great and it was honestly my first time, but everything was just OK and after 10 days travelling in Japan I expected way more for the price paid: Pros: near the airport, quite clean, you get all the necessities and the capsule is spacious and long enough to even fit a big guy like me. Cons: there are no doors in Capsule, just a paper thin shade to close, so you can hear everything from outside, no aircon or any sort of fan designed inside, so it felt quite hot, or more like stuffy. There was also some sort of a vibration either from a train or the capsules themselves are vibrating which is a bit irritating when you are trying to sleep. Generally speaking i recommend if for a quick 4-5 hours of sleep when you are exhausted and want to lie down, but do not expect anything extraordinary like I did.
Thank you for your important opinion. We will consider to make better place. We hope to see you again. 9H Narita Airport.
Worth going to a real hotel nearby for price”
I had been looking at this place for years and had always wanted to stay. The location is great, and the pictures make it look so cool. The girl that greeted me was so unwelcoming and obviously didn't like her job. I had just paid $70 to stay here, when guys were only $30, and was expecting it to be worth it. I have stayed in many capsules during this 1 month trip in Japan, and this was the worst. There was not even a place to sit inside to eat/drink or work. You just went in, got changed, and showered and then in your bed. The shower and bed were nice, but being in the airport, there was never any quiet all night. People were CONSTANTLY going in and out of capsule room. It was definitely not worth the price. I even had to pay for a brush. Every single hotel in Japan offers a brush. So, between the really rude service and not having a place to sit and relax before getting into bed, next time I will go to a nearby hotel to get little quiet and better price.
Thank you very much for your comments, WE are sorry about your bad experience, Yes the price of the male and female are different ,
Really handy! It's cheap, conveniently located and has everything you need for a quick overnight stay at the airport before an early flight. Has luggage storage and washing facilities. Capsule rooms are perfectly comfortable
Thank you very much , And we are glad to heard you again soon ,, nine hour narita Airport
Great hotel for overnight stay at Narita airport”
I’ve not stayed in the hotel as I got my schedule wrongly. However it would be a good hotel for overnight stay at Narita hotel if you’ve an early flight.
Thank you for choosing our hotel. If you have a next time depart early morning, we are looking forward to seeing you in Narita again.
