Everything great! Except check in-out every day”
The place is perfect, really! Everything brand new, clean, the space is enough, the beds are really comfy, shower and bathroom great! They give to you a pijama, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner. The breakfast is at a cafe in the station and it’s ok! The staff is really friendly and helpful,,,even some of them didn’t speak English but they try and I could understand. The only thing I didn’t like it is that you need to do a check in and check out every day. If you want to sleep more than 10 am you can’t . They even wake you up if you don’t. so you need to get up at least at 9:30...but that’s the only bad thing. I would recommend this place.

Best location and Value for money”
Best location!! Just behind JR Shin-osaka 3min(East exit). So comfy and clean. They also provide all amenity such as pajamas, slipper, shower stuff. The shower room and toilet are clean. The bed is comfy and have enough space. The thing that may disturb you is noise from other people (that wake up early). But overall is superB!! Recommend!!!

This place is highly recommended for all backpackers. Super clean, friendly staff and the capsules are spacious. I just wish they have drinking water on the floor. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely book this capsule hotel when I return!

Need bigger space for Luggage”
Everything is fantastic - except the luggage compartment is not like other nine hours. we have to lock it with bicycle lock. which is not comfortable for me. The makeup station is become one area with washbasin and its not comfortable when want to do makeup in the wet area.

ANOTHER CAPSULE”
it's a little taller than the usual capsule hotel in Japan. Staff are pretty much hands off, but once you ask them something, they're pretty accommodating. A bit on the high side, but that's what you pay for a great location i guess.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR THE SOLO TRAVELER!!”
I was travelling around the whole Kansai area from Hiroshima to Kyoto and my luggage was so big and heavy desperately need the place close from the station, Shin-Osaka station was just so perfect for me to travel by Shinkansen and Mido sth line, Additionally, the exit which located right in front of the this accomodation has an elevator. THANK GOD. The restaurant right next to this place has the best foods in this area with extremely reasonable price. You can see the most of staffs who is working in the station come to that restaurant to eat. To talk about the accomodation itself has a lot of improvement compared to the other previous branches. I stayed in another nine hours which is in Tokyo, the locker was on the ground floor so that I have to go down whenever I need to grab sth from my luggage. Shower room was on the other level as well but this one got the point of the customers complaints. Shower room, locker, sleeping pod, toilet and even got the place to unwind both in&outdoo

I REALLY RECOMMEND YOU. This hotel very close to Shin Osaka Station. All staff are friendly and helpful. All facilities are great, modern and full of technology. They provide long sleeve shirt and pants for sleep. Very convinient for you in busy time. You do not need to open your suitcase, because here all are complete, towel, brush teeth, sandal, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hanger, tissue, and so on. Just bring yourself and enjoy stay at Nine Hours hotel

Perfect Stop for a Solo Traveller”
I had friends in both Osaka and Kyoto so having this base in Shin Osaka was perfect. Literally less than a one minute walk from the EAST exit combined with the JR pass this really helped me be mobile during my travel. So much so I extended an extra two days due the convince. Amenities bag includes toothbrush, toothpaste, jammies, and slippers. Great water pressure, and although it's not quite a place to hang out it serves its purpose and with two great cities so close by use this spot as a place to rest and decompress from the large cities. Basically I would hit Kyoto early morning take the shinkansen back to Shin Osaka or the Thunderbird straight into Osaka and hit up the awesome Happy hour Umeda underneath the Osaka station.
